Update from previous post. They saw my complaint and emails. They offered to expedite a new shipment as my previous one was damaged during transit. The new canopy arrived in 2 days. Thumbs up to them for responding quick.

DO NOT TRUST EZ CANOPY CO., LIMITED (Mastercanopy)
This company does not back up the one-year frame warranty- it is poorly made and is not worth half of what they ask for it. They wanted me to pay for shipping (however, it was not fair to have to pay almost half of what I paid for the entire gazebo), therefore, they decreased the fee, however, after I said fine, they have not replied back and have not followed through with the warranty and are now ghosting me. I will make sure that I share my experience every where's possible online, in person, however, so that this does not happen to anyone else, since we all work hard for our money and a warranty should be fulfilled. This company should be ashamed.

Ordered a 10x 20 premium canopy
Ordered a 10x 20 premium canopy , other than shipping issues frame went to the US and canopy came to Canada we finally got everything after 2 to 3 weeks.
The print and product is amazing however the carrying case came ripped at the bottom corners so probably no good to us and unusable . we are going to email and see if they will resend one for us to use

Bag material is weak
The bag / cover for the tent tore easily in the corners. The corners need to be reinforced.

Too many hidden costs
Had to wait 6 months for wall, pay extra for shipping because you had no stock and had to ship from your China warehouse and was charged duty on top of it. Not worth the headache

I needed a replacement top for my canopy. They do not offer them on their website, but customer service was able to get me a quote for a replacement directly from their supplier. I ordered the replacement and installed it this past weekend. Perfect fit.
