Positive experience

Good description of the item I purchased, rapid delivery and very nice package which gave the context somewhat luxury feeling, added with a nice scent.
The size was according to expectation and the trousers had the quality and attention to details that I expected.

I was surprised that my recent order…

I was surprised that my recent order required an additional charge payable to UPS. After contacting Masons through WhatsApp I conversed with their rep, Frederica. After explaining the situation she was able to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. She handled the situation in a professional manner to my full satisfaction.

UPS OMG

As long as you are using UPS as your carrier, you will not get a higher rating. This carrier is the second worst of all after Fedex and neither of these carriers understand even the basics of what Customer Service is! I like the pants though Thanks

Worst experience ever

Never ever order from this online shop again.they are scammers , you have to pay for the return of the product which is not worth it. They offer you a 20% discount so you can keep the order , even that the quality is so cheap . They are not professional at all . Please don't waste your money to purchase from here✖️✖️

Moreover, it is not even clear what you are referring to or which order you are talking about.

Great company

Mason’s has quality men’s clothing in particular pants and the hemming service is the best. Nothing better than receiving your pants and being able to put them on and wear that same day without having to take them to a tailor for alterations.

The customer has to pay for the return of goods

The customer has to pay for the return of the product, even if said return is in good faith. For private individuals, this return amounts to approx 20euros.

Good Afternoon , please note that we have introduced now a new system in which the return with refund is still at customer charge but we provide the label, so the price is much more lower and you can decide to opt for a pick up at home or to bring it to a center.

Never order Mason’s online

After several bad experiences I shall no longer order online. I always wear the same size trousers, at Mason’s they are sometimes far too big for me, sometimes too small! And Mason’s return policy is certainly not up to standards.

From your orders, I see that you have always purchased size 40 and it has always fit you well, so I don't understand the problem you are having with the sizes.
If you have any doubts, our Customer Service is at your complete disposal.

Worst experience EVER!

This is by far the worst experience I have received ever. First your website was down due to an upgrade which left me unable to place my order online then I proceeded to call after being transferred from pillar to post by one call agent to the next very unprofessional & unhelpful to finally I was assisted by Bianca whom has gone MIA on me & my order two weeks later I still do not have confirmation of my order actually being placed or processed.

I have bought 6 to 8 trouseres form…

I have bought 6 to 8 trouseres form you.
They tend to have diferent sizes. I had this probelm in my last purchase, but mentioned it before several times over the years.
I dont understan that I have to pay to send the trouseres back, if the size is not correct.

Quality ist disappointing

Have bought pants for 1/6 of the price that lasted ten times longer. Pants looked great but lasted maybe 3 months. When i buy pants with a price of €120 in sale (normal price would be €190 or so) i was hoping it would last at least two years of normal wear. I think i will not be buying this brand again.

It is a scam with their returns! Don't order!

I ordered three pants from Masons and it took 8(!) days to get them delivered. The return window is only 14 days, which is ridiculously short. As I didn't expect the delivery to take 8 days, I wasn't able to try the pants on within 14 days as I was on summer holiday when the package arrived. One of the pants was OK and the other two I wanted to return. They point blank refused. Even after explaining my situation. This was the first and last time at this company!
