This casino was reasonable when l started. Yes. When l started. Their RTP are set way too low. You never get a return higher than your wager. That means you cannot win. End of.

Has anyone successfully withdrew from this site or had documents approved? Tried talking to live chat and got no where and the phone number given isn’t recognised?

Having same problems as everyone else, sent documents said was accepted but now I've won money and trying to withdraw it says need to see documents although nothing shows in what they want to see. Can't withdraw my money and chatbot goes round in circles and can't speak to anyone.

Uploaded documents still saying upload them,won and couldn't withdraw the money,now the money has gone from my account balance.Tried getting in touch by phone but just get a message saying this number has not been allocated, tried chat got through but nothing since.

So….can’t find the complaints process anywhere on the website which is a major red flag. I have £50 I want to withdraw, I have previously submitted ID but just keep getting a - we need to see documents message. I have asked which documents and submitted docs - which have been returned as duplicate and am now genuinely stuck for which way to turn. The Verification took nearly 2 Weeks.

After I deposit a few times I won 800€.
I press on Withdrawal and they didn't pay it out over 1 Week. After asking the Customer service why it takes so long he told me "Technical Issues".
So again waiting 5 Days I finally recieved my Winnings. After I got my Winnings I decided to close my account and seem to be they are completely passed off. They sending me every day email with "Offers".

Refusing to pay out. Submitted everything they have requested on more than one occassion. I'm now contacting gambling commission in the hope of getting this resolved as the site themselves remain unresponsive

I won £540 after a £50 deposit and I cannot withdraw my money.

It’s telling me to upload documents which I have done. No confirmation my documents are pending or that they’ve been accepted, just takes me back to the upload section each time.

They are not responding to the live 24 hour chat and they are ignoring my emails.

I’m concerned now that I have read these messages that I maybe won’t get my winnings 😟 I have used the sister casino sites such as PLAYOJO and won money and withdrawn money no bother so I thought this was reputable casino affiliated with reputable casinos such as playojo.

UPDATE: I have increased the stars as I was paid the monies I was owed. The only reason I am leaving this review up there (and still not giving 5 stars) is because; 1) the customer service was poor. There were no responses to the live chat for days. 2) The site should allow you to have a pending withdrawal pending the verification check - leaving it in the account just leaves it tempting for the customer to gamble winnings away whillst waiting 4+ days for a resolution.

So- I withdrew after reading reviews and will admit I was worried but no issues. About a month later tried to withdraw again and this is stuck in the system somehow. I’ve withdrawn winning and not been paid. They don’t answer calls emails or live chat. I’m fuming. They can take your money off your card but they can’t pay it back as they say they are having problems with your bank. AVOID THIS SiTE!!!!

You query this and then they say you are banned!!!!! and refuse to give you your deposit back. Insisting you send ID and Utility bill to get a refund of your own money!!!!!
