I’m in the UK, some of these one star reviews may not be. I had a Maserati Granturismo S from new shortly after they first came out and the car was fantastic and trouble free. I used it as a daily driver and took it to 30,000 miles before PXing it on another car. I subsequently bought a Maserati MC 20, from the same dealership, the service has been superlative and the car is amazing. My experience of the Maserati Brand and the dealership, Graypaul in Nottingham UK is excellent. James Humberstone is the guy to speak to at that dealership.

Brand-new car and at the service station twice within a year
Not even a year since I bought a brand new Maserati and this may be the second time I have to send out it to the service station. Loads of electrical faults and now the sun roof not working! Come on… that’s basic! They did not even give a courtesy car stating that the insurance wouldn’t cover.. well this is something you should’ve said before selling the car moreover if that is the case, how did I manage to get my own insurance? I love my car however the customer service is just appalling. Sytner group gave me a wrong number to raise complaints and just don’t bother to respond.. may be once in two weeks if they feel like. They don’t even have a dedicated complaints mail box and have a generic one which says info @ maserati. There is a reason why people buy New high-end cars which I think Maserati does not appreciate.

with a name like MASERATI I expected more from brand name. I would definitely fail the car app, it freezes, fuel consumption doesn't match that of what's in the vehicle. remote start didn't work for me at certain times. don't know if my doors are unlocked or if windows are open or if trunk is open, people had to inform me that my truck was ajar. Nitrogen gas should be in the tires along with a nice air cap. ( after all it's a MASERATI) Winter mats should have been provided, waiting for weather tech to make them for the Grecale. does not have the foot motion for opening the trunk. the touch screen is sad, I don't like it. there are other stuff I don't like but these are the main things. AFTER ALL THIS IS A MASERATI. A lot of people stare at my vehicle that part feels good but they also don't know any of the issues

If I could give minus stars I would.
Bought a new grecale back in 2023, it was so faulty and riddled with issues that the dealership took it back and I got a replacement. Heating would randomly blast boiling hot air at you and wouldn’t turn off. Dash lighting up like a Christmas tree. Faulty windows. Squeaky brakes. Limp mode. Endless problems and completely unusable.
The replacement too is riddled with faults, and I have been trying to return it but unable so far. Car has broken down multiple times on smart motorways putting myself and kids lives at risk but Maserati dont care. The car is completely unfit for purpose.
Maserati state they supply a hire car under warranty but multiple times I have been left without a vehicle.
I constantly see my orginal grecale at the service centre, which they have sold onto some other poor unsuspecting customer, who now has a faulty car. A car which they have told me they dont know how to fix.
I also have been lent a levante before from them whilst mine was being fixed and that broke down on me also.
Shameful company and horrendous customer service.

Terrible experience as new customer to the brand - brand new Grecale purchased a year ago but have had lots of build quality issues (trim falling off, fans not working and then working over time, speakers randomly turning themselves off) and have not got a big crack on the infotainment system from general use and is deemed not to be a manufacturing issue….. and the customer service from Maserati UK / Europe has been laughable

I-brake function beeps for no reason;the radio,SATNAV often does not work.

Horrific staff Josée couloumbe who works for holand automotive group does not know anything about clientele service impatient because the bank blocked a payment she assumed right away client that is me has no funds and closed phone on my face when i was the one who took initiative to call holand leasing to let them know the payment didnt go through and offer them.to etransfer the payment coz my bank had blocked the payment because i had changed it to every 15 of the month with holand leasing not every1st bank blocked payment without my autorisation i thought was holand leasing who had a problem taking my payment so i called her to find out and she said simply ur payment didnt go through coz uhave 0 funds instead of taking the time.to figure out what happend or ask me to check with my bank she insulted me over the phone told me i dont have money in my account who is she to say I have no money over there but in fact she's just a employee maserati canada should choose better staff members then that next time going for porsche instead with my experience so far with maserati with the staff members and finance departement I think very unprofessional 0 professionalism bmw is still better than u guys and porsche I will probably lease transfer my car soon to someone else if I keep getting bad service like this I regret big time and won't be staying with this place for long i will go elsewhere put my money somewhere where they treat people with respect and kindness

Worst experience I have had so far with any dealer...I took the car three times to Veinsa, official Maserati Dealer and representative in Costa Rica. They never detected the problem...I had to call another mechanic to identify the cause of malfuncioning. Always long time to take an appointment and all they do is turn off the light on the dash...obviously it appears again 5 minutes later...I had to buy the part (cam advance valve) in Italy and they are giving me another month wait in order to install it. Their only mechanic appears to be a very young and unexperienced boy...I can hardly understand who is in charge of the customer relations...I am a car dealer myself and I feel awfully ashamed, my client can not believe what he is experiencing after 3 months not being able to use his car!!!
Driving a Maserati is a passion
Driving a Maserati is a passion. I have been driving two Ghibli since 2015 with a combined mileage of over 250,000 km without any significant problems. If you don't have a passion for dolce vita and Italian style, you should keep your hands off these beautiful cars. A car is only as good as its service. My dealer always collects the car personally and takes care of service and other work in an uncomplicated manner.
I can recommend Maserati 100%, provided that you love Italian cars.

Grey Paul maserati sytner group which as everyone knows is a main dealership where you would expect to receive top quality brilliant service but they are absolutely and completely useless and incompetent they have completely failed to give me any help and in my opinion they don't care about giving me any help in my opinion they think that I am unimportant and don't card and are not interested in helping me out
DO NOT BUY MASERATI LEVANTE!!
My 2019 Levante GTS with 16K miles has been in the shop 4 times in the last 4 months!!! ( PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS TRUCK!! THE SERVICE ADVISOR HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE AND THESE TRUCKS HAVE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WHICH MASERATI DEALERSHIPS ARE IN COMMUNICATION WITH ITALIAN TECHNICIANS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS PRODUCT.) I have only had the truck a total of 20 of the last 120 days and the customer service representative says dealerships are independent and Maserati cannot mandate I have a vehicle to drive. Also, Maserati say they MAY reimburse me for a rental vehicle if they deem it necessary AND if the warranty on the vehicle makes the case. I inform the representative because of the rental car shortage in my area, it would be weeks before I could rent one and asked Maserati for help. My representative said no and told me Maserati did not have a relationship with any rental companies. Why should I have to wait weeks and pay for a vehicle then have Maserati review it to determine IF Maserati will reimburse me? Terrible service and Maserati have lost a customer FOR LIFE!!
