Update to my original review of 01/11/25
Following my original disappointment, I spoke to Darren Bolton of Martindale’s who was instrumental in helping install further ‘upgrades’ to my garage door. One paid by the company, the other provided by me but both installed ‘free of charge’ by Martindale’s, as a genuine gesture of goodwill.
On the final encounter, the company were excellent.
Ultimately, we have got to where we should have been three months ago.
It was only a poor initial installation and some inappropriate comments that caused me to write a negative review.
But, well done for rectifying!

We cannot thank Martindales and the staff enough
I can thoroughly recommend this Company, very helpful and professional staff to deal with throughout the whole process. We had glass and frame damage to patio door, kitchen door and a window. The repair works carried out was to an exceptionally high standard. Reece Mills & Conor Hinks are definitely the A team and were professional, polite, considerate, took pride in their work, the results were brilliant and 100% to our satisfaction. Great service from Tyler and Andy
Today Tyler and Andy came over to replace a glass unit in a patio door, fix some damage, and replace a combination window/door unit. They were very friendly and polite guys, very respectful, and have done a great job. I would gladly have them back!

Friendly, courteous and efficient
Prompt response, friendly service, communication was good. Surveyor was sent round quickly and was friendly and sympathetic to the fact we’d been broken into. Graham and Ian came to fit glazed panel in door and were polite courteous and tidied up after themselves.

Highly professional operation throughout the process. Just seven days from initiating a damaged window insurance claim to completion of the refit, terrific.
