We lived in a home for 5 years that was managed by M&P's Fulham office. For the first year we had very good service and communication with their representative. Starting in year 2 there was a revolving door of agents that communicated contradictory information time after time. I can't imagine that they have a working CRM because we constantly had to remind them what was going on with the property they were supposed to be managing.

When it came time for us to move we dealt with three months of agent scheduling showings and then not showing up or showing up at the wrong time, and failing to call or text us about changes. At move out time, they flatly lied about the condition of the property, missing keys, and other matters. They also tried to get us to pay utility bills after our contract had ended (an image of one bill showed it addressed to 'New Resident'). In our communication with the property owner (who was an excellent owner), they called M&P 'the worst.'

In the future, I would not rent a property that used them as management, and I definitely would caution owners from hiring them.

I'm happy with our M&P Property Manager who organised for our maintenance issues to be sorted quickly and effectively. Feedback throughout the process was excellent. The whole experience was very refreshing.

Excellent service at reasonable rates. Our contact person at Marsh & Parsons ( Max Davies ) is one of the most responsive managing agent we have come across in our twenty years of owning properties in the UK and we can highly recommend Marsh&Parsons for managing leased properties and its tenants at a fair price.

I, like I imagine others reading this, have dealt with Estate Agents in the past.

Recent circumstance led me to look for a new rental propery and I was recommended M & P by numerous people.

I duly contacted them and was answered straight away and the had all my details, requirements etc and stated the slaient peron would ring back. This was also followed up by email to me.

It is there that I had the great pleasure of dealing with Tom Hammick. Not only is Tom clearly a very knowledgable and profesional man, he was immediately cognisant to my needs and specs. True to his word Tom located properties that he thought would be suitable. At no stage did Tom try to push the more expensive range of my budget, but unlike other EA firms put my interests first, thereby showing great client awareness, a commidity of a somewhat rarirty in others.

Witout going in to the minature of the dealings Tom went above and beyond, always available, constructive and rational. The same can be said of the complete M & P staff.

The result of what was a very urgent need was made a pleasure by all.

The result is I am now ensconsed in a flat I adore.

I genuinely recommend M & P to all. I have not read any reviews prior to posing but if there are nagative ones, they must have written by competitors!

So thank you to Tom and all at M & P. They really are a cut above. Use them, you won't regret it. Different Gravy as they say!

Not trustworthy. Their Kennington branch played games with us, kept us on the hook to use as a leverage for a cash buyer which was acting hesitant. After wasting our time for 2 weeks, making us get an offical mortgage offer, engage the lawyer etc, they told us the cash buyer was back in the game so they were proceeding with them. Never been straight and honest during the process and tried to save time. Name of the agent is Sashan Maddix.

Special thanks to Ellie Rose helping me renting our property. You looked after everything for us while Susan was unwell. It was so reassuring to have someone so thoughtful and caring helping us so much.

Absolutely brilliant. I’m not well and I couldn’t have achieved the seamless rental without her.
