The whole team have been brilliant! Sarah Clayton found us a great tenant super quickly. Issac & Megan have been a huge help when I needed them. Highly recommended
I've been a client of Marsh & Parsons (formerly Conrans) for 14 years and have enjoyed good relationships with the property managers, principally with Georgina Hobson, Anne Angus, and more recently with Stefani Sengelieva.
Although it's early days, Stefani has shown herself to be a proactive and professional property manager. I'm looking forward to developing a good, working relationship.
Nonnay was so helpful! The viewing went so smoothly and she answered all of my questions. Very friendly and responsive.

Sena Oktay offered an easy and seamless experience switching a tenancy over. Definitely a breath of fresh air in what is usually a stressful situation! Thank you :)
Nerosh was super-helpful this week, organising for the rent review on my property. I have increased by less than the recommended amount as the tenant Dexters found has been really good, for more than 13 years, so I’m happy to give her some benefit for being long-term. I’d always recommend Dexters in Teddington and Twickenham.
My expirience with Marsh & Parson Estate Agents was excellent. Smooth and effective process through out the renting period. The staff was always helpful and responded quickly to any issue. Special thanks to Isaac Beesley-Roach for guiding us through the process and was always ready to help.
A client with a tenancy, I have recently had to spend valuable time chasing for an answer to a payment admin question. Following up again this morning I spoke for the first time with Nerosh Navabalakumar, who took on a problem created by someone else's failure to follow through (no shade on Marsh and Parsons Notting Hill, who have been great) and gave me the information I needed so that I could make the payment at once. He was solution oriented, recognised the urgency of the matter, did not hand it on but sorted it out himself. Great service is about how you handle the difficult matter as well as the smile when you come through the door. A credit to M&P.
Really happy with the help and support from Owain who is always super friendly and answers any questions that I have straight away. He’s always happy to help.
Michael Stout, was very supportive on providing me the information I needed
Isaac Beesley-Roach was very helpful throughout our end-of-tenancy check-out process. He was professional, responsive, and made everything straightforward. Thank you for your support and assistance!
Michael was a pleasure to deal with throughout my tenancy. He was always professional, approachable, and quick to respond whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. He made the entire renting experience smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his support over the past two years. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable letting agent.
When a tenant is late in paying rent instalments, M&P is very pro-active in following up with the tenant.
Soumiya understood what I need and helped me qiuckly.
Excellent service from the Marsh and Parsons team and particularly Soumiya.
Definitely would use again, like I always do in fact.
My experience renting with Marsh & Parsons in the Kennington office & South (PM) team was consistently poor, characterised by a lack of accountability, administrative errors, and significant management failures from start to finish.
Key issues encountered:
1. Misleading Property Information: The agency provided incorrect information regarding the size of the bed in the property. This failure led to me purchasing bedding that did not fit, resulting in a financial loss of over £2,000. The blinds and curtains were not fitted in time and the agent expected me to move in and live without blinds for the first 3 weeks.
2. Inadequate Pre-Tenancy Checks: Despite the property being a new build, I moved in to a catalogue of serious "snagging" issues, including a dangerous hot water leak, a bathroom sink leak, and a non-functional deadbolt/fire door. It was clear that no meaningful inspection had been conducted prior to handover.
3. Poor Communication & Accountability: Throughout the tenancy, Marsh & Parsons repeatedly distanced themselves from basic management responsibilities. Whenever issues arose (such as communal area cleaning or maintenance faults), their standard response was to defer responsibility to the landlord or building management, leaving me to chase resolutions for weeks.
4. Administrative Incompetence: When negotiating an early surrender of the tenancy, the process was unnecessarily difficult due to blatant errors. The draft Deed of Surrender provided contained incorrect dates and the proposed settlement figure was inaccurately calculated. I had to repeatedly flag these inconsistencies, which delayed the process significantly.
5. End-of-Tenancy Friction: The issues continued even after moving out. I faced unnecessary delays regarding the refund of overpaid rent and the return of my security deposit, ultimately forcing me to raise a formal dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) to secure the release of funds that were rightfully mine.
Throughout my time as a tenant, I felt I had to do all the heavy lifting to ensure the property was maintained, legal documents were drafted correctly, and finances were reconciled.
You would expect a baseline level of service given the property was being "managed" (if you can even call it that) by Marsh & Parsons, but that was unfortunately not the case.
It is particularly frustrating because, given the busy lives their clients lead in Central London, it is clear that the agents neither understand nor value the premium they charge for their services.
I would strongly advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere or you, as a tenant, may need to employ the use of automated systems to manage your property management.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Marsh & Parsons to think very carefully before doing so.
Our experience was characterised by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and an unwillingness to take responsibility when concerns were raised.
When we needed to surrender our tenancy due to ongoing severe noise issues affecting our enjoyment of the property, we repeatedly asked for clear information about our financial liability and the surrender process. Rather than providing straightforward answers, we were repeatedly referred back to the tenancy agreement after decisions had already been made. Key information, including the replacement tenant's move-in date, was not communicated to us when requested, despite being directly relevant to our financial position.
The viewing process was also poorly managed. We experienced last-minute viewing requests, cancellations without notice, agents arriving late, and occasions where we were left waiting for viewings that never took place, only finding out after contacting the office ourselves.
During the complaints process, responses were slow, and we found that many of our concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. Their final response acknowledged that "greater clarity may have assisted" and apologised for delays in responding, yet continued to deny that any meaningful failings had occurred.
What was most disappointing was the attitude shown throughout the process. Instead of engaging constructively with the issues we raised, there appeared to be a consistent effort to deflect responsibility and rely on generic contractual wording rather than addressing the specific concerns about communication and transparency.
We have now felt it necessary to escalate our complaint to the Property Redress Scheme.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Marsh & Parsons. Professional communication, transparency and customer care were lacking throughout, and what should have been a difficult situation made manageable by a professional agent instead became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
