Best Egg Liars
You responded back to my bad review I fave you. The reason you denied my loan is a lie
When I spoke with you yesterday when you called expressing concerns about my review I gave you.
It us a total lie. I made over 200K last year and I am on track for another 200K year
You previously gave me a loan 2 years ago and I haven't missed any payments as well as my other creditors.
When I asked you why did you give me the first loan and I make more money now you stuttered and couldn't even give me an answer. Finally you said we can change the rules when we want to.
You really showed your true colors making up a stupid answer like that.
I am a black man with all the necessary documents, and all my income is verifiable and can be verified ,but you refuse to accept the truth about my income.
I have received loans and all of the banks accepted the same verification documents you asked for and never was a problem
I don't care if you continue to try to lie, and make Best Egg look good, but it simply isn't true.
If you continue to answer my review with lies, I will continue to expose your unfair loan practices toward black people.
Finally Karma comes back to the ones that lie and treat customers differently.

Fantastic card and easy process. Great with a high credit limit. Very please with Best Egg credit card. Highly recommend

This is wonder full I like it

I made a transaction with my best egg card for a laptop with best buy online. I never received it. item got delivered to a different address than what I provided. I opened a dispute with best egg after Best Buy denied my replacement that was promised. I was given a provisional credit for the transaction. the credit got re-billed on my account two months later. I called in to the dispute supervisor who told me if I wanted my claim reopened then I will need to submit substantial documentation. I faxed over the original order, where the laptop was going, where the laptop actually got delivered (via ups), and the replacement that was promised by Best Buy. after best egg received my fax they told me it past their timeframe to reopen my claim despite me being told it was possible. I spoke with supervisors who were on my side and telling me that Best egg will make an exception to reopen the claim but when I call back to follow up on that request im being told it will not be reopened and they refer me back to the merchant. I have tried working it out with Best Buy for three weeks before the dispute was even initiated. the merchant was the one who advised me to file a dispute with my bank.

The application process was very quick and I received a text about 30 15minutes after I applied That I was approved! You can also pay via text I love it
I mean this this process was so quick I was nervous 🤗 funds were deposited the next day.

Best egg is AMAZING. The wonderful customer support I’ve received over these past years are like nothing else I’ve experienced. They understand that these are hard times and are genuinely compassionate and caring. Everything about this company is perfect. All the employees deserve a raise.
