Quite possibly the most underhanded business I've had the pleasure of in recent years.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Mark Templer. After much consideration, we finally decided to sell, and from the very beginning, the team was incredibly professional, fast, and efficient. We felt completely at ease leaving our keys with the agent while we went on holiday. The photos they took showcased our home beautifully and quickly attracted serious buyers. Thanks to their well-organized viewings and expertise, our property sold within the first week. Highly recommended!

Really good experience renting from Mark Templar. They seem to be a thorough, friendly and professional agency. It's not easy renting but they seem to have a good system in place to ensure no one's time is wasted. Special thanks to Kathryn for understanding our needs and being so patient with us as we made our decision.

We used Mark Templar in Yatton when buying our house last month, the purchase was a little tricky, but Craig and the team were absolutely fantastic, they were patient and professional throughout, with excellent communication.
I can not recommend them enough

I've been using Mark Templer to look after some rental properties for a while now and they have been exceptional. Always quick to respond and they sort out any issues with the minimum of fuss. They are streets ahead of other agencies I've used in the past and I recommend them 100%. I've also used their sales department recently for a property sale and they were of the same high standard as their letting division. I thoroughly recommend both the lettings department and residential sales department. 5 stars!

Mark Templar have looked after my property for several years now, and the team have always been highly efficient and helpful. Whenever there have been problems they have always either been quickly resolved, or I have been given a range of suitable options to choose from. The recent change of tenant has been successfully completed, and thanks to the amazing staff at the Clevedon branch the whole process was made as straightforward as possible. Avoid,avoid,avoid!
I have never rented before and will never do so again after this experience.
The bungalow was built in the seventies and had been lived in for several years by an old lady.
It had been redecorated and appeared to be clean and comfortable at first…..
However the bathroom floor was soggy and sinking due to water under it.
During heavy rain the gutters started gushing water.Mark Templer told us it was our responsibility to clean them or we would be charged for a professional to do it,even though we had been there only a few months.
Not until I sent photos of masses of accumulated debris and plants growing out of them did they concede but no apology or recognition was expressed.
During heavy rain the walls started to show drips and stains due to water ingress which led to dark mould patches.
We were sent a leaflet on how to control it even though I told them the cause and that it was the owner’s responsibility to fix it.
Eventually a roofer told me the liner of the roof was curling inwards causing water to seep into the upper walls.One girl in the office acknowledged that they knew about it but when we left we were charged £600 for full redecoration of the bungalow!
I left the place clean,I have high standards of cleanliness.The assessor claimed that there were various issues including a washing machine left dirty.
The washing machine was my own and had been removed!!!
I had been hopeful that the truth would be recognized but sadly not.
Do not trust this company as a renter.They are superficially sweet but the underlying truth is that they are hypocrites of the highest degree, only interested in the fees they receive from owners and only acting on their behalf.

Unfortunately, the building or buildings are not ‘pet friendly’ even if email saying that property is well suitable. The adverts are not accurate or actual. They manage to sent the same emails about property and after they state no longer for rent.

Louis and his team in the Clevedon office have recently sold a flat for me. They have all been thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. They fully updated me throughout the process. Thank you to you all. I would happily recommend them.

The Clevedon team were excellent during our recent house purchase. They proactively kept us up to date and were easy to get hold of. Everyone we dealt with was professional and on the ball.

We have just sold through MarkTemplar in Yatton and they made the whole process from start to finish as smooth as possible.
Jake, Craig and the team are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble and at times they went above and beyond our expectations.

Jake and the team were excellent. Kept us posted all along the way and very understanding of my Mums circumstances. Special mention to Harriott who kept pushing for exchange and completion. Highly recommended. John

Came to value my dad's house.. Totally under valued it by loads probably trying to see what they could get out of me. I saw 2 others who gave me a satisfactory value. I'd never use this estate agents again. Rip offs
