Marks Mobile Butchers Delivery Reviews 

I personally wouldn't order from this company again.
Before I ordered I'd read amazing reviews, and the reviews were half the reason I chose this company.
Before I ordered I emailed the company I was buying the meat in large quanties and was there a chance they could separate the stuff in to small portions because I was also buying for my in laws. The company replied and said no problem, to write down what I wanted done and email the company as soon as I'd placed order and he'd make sure it was done.
I placed my order and yesterday the meat arrived. Firstly it turned up in a battered box, which was open in places and left on my door step in the blazing heat. That was the first disappointment.
When I opened the box none of the stuff I'd requested had been done. I emailed the company all I got was a sorry about the box and it being left in the heat. There was no acknowledgement to the fact that stuff I'd asked hadn't been done. So I messaged again, he looked on my order and said that nothing was written on the order form but this could have been down to a computer glitch. I didn't bother pointing out that I'd emailed him like he told me too after I placed the order telling him that I'd put my requests on for and he didn't acknowledge email or query why there was nothing written on the order form.
I was offered a refund on the Gammon joint, because I'd asked that to be diced for me and instead I got a 2.4kg of gammon.
I spent my afternoon separating beef weighing and separating into smaller bags. 3.5kg of chicken into smaller bags. Having to dice through a gammon joint which in the end I had to give up on. Pork belly chunks into smaller bags. I have small children and a ill in law and I was trying to make my life easier by using a butcher but all I did was make it ten times harder. I can't tell you what the meats like, so thats why they got 2 star. The service unfortunately was not what I was looking for especially with the non caring attitude of a damaged box left in heat.

This is our 3rd order and I can say it’s the nicest butcher we have tried, thankfully we no longer need to look for one that sells good quality meat at great prices as Marks Butchers does it all.

Every order has arrived fresh and on time. I would highly recommend this butcher.

We ordered a joint & some chicken breaststroke, only had the chicken so far, which was juicy & tender! The beef joint looks great, can't wait to try it !

I have ordered on line and bought stuff from the mobile trucks at Bodmin RFC and I can honestly say that the produce I have had has been amazing. Also if you want to find out anything about the products or change an order email them and it’s sorted cheers to Mark and the staff👍

We have ordered quite a few times from marks mobile butchers and every time it is very well packed and very fresh we cannot fault the meat which is also very good value for money excellent butchers.

It’s the second time I’ve ordered from Mark butchers the quality of the meat is excellent. There isn’t anything I can say that we didn’t like all that was too small or to this or too that everything was superb cooked nice didn’t shrink 100% quality meat would recommend to anybody which I have the ordering again soon

Don’t really want to leave one star but have no option.
We paid over £70 for a ribeye joint and a sirloin.
Sadly the meat was overly fatty, with lumps of grizzle. Struggled to eat it, let alone enjoy it.
Sent an email, explaining how disappointed we were and was only offered a discount code!
Why would we ever consider ordering from this company again. God knows where the meat is coming from but believe me it is incredibly disappointing!

Excellent service , easy to order , superb quality meat the horseshoe gammon was the size of my dinner plate and the chicken breasts we’re huge will definitely be ordering again .

Easy to use website and ordering process, swift delivery with DPD, and excellent quality lamb, chicken and ham. Look forward to using them again.

Meat was delivered well packed and insulated. The meat is amazing. So so much nicer than you get from the supermarket and excellent value. I highly recommend and will be re-ordering soon.

Ordered 2 fillets, came well packed and were very tender

I was really pleased with my meat delivery it was packaged up and kept cool brilliantly. We had the fillet steak the other evening and I can honestly say it was the best steak I have had in a very long time. I would definitely recommend Marks Mobile Butchers and will be putting in another order very soon.

Got the large BBQ pack , I’m very happy all very fresh and what I’ve eaten up to now very tasty very impressed will definitely order again

Package was delivered with care and so far the meat has been fantastic and you get good value boxes too so was well worth the money and will probably use them again

Had a delivery of sirloin joints and the ribeye joints , very good quality sirloin but can’t say the same for the ribeye joints falling apart even with a very sharp knife was impossible to portion into stakes looks like it will become very expensive stew 🥘 meat , was advised by the customer service team to put it in the freezer for 30 minutes before cutting it into thicker pieces (suppoe there not bothered what happens to the steak when cooking I suppose very small pieces of meat all over the pan or bbq.
Basically 4kg of what was supposed to be ribeye good for steak 🥩 turned into a waste of money.
I’ve aways bought my joint of ribeye and sirloin online but have never experienced anything similar wouldn’t recommend the ribeye for steaks .

My order arrived perfectly chilled on time ,the meat is absolutely amazing,the bacon and sausage are very tasty and the lamb steaks are so tender,thank you,will definitely be ordering again 👍

Amazing meats and cheese. We buy it every other month, vacpac into portions and stock the freezer. We would rate it all 100% and we have tried it all. Worth every penny and Quick delivery 👌 Give it a go. You will not be disappointed.
