Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I spent over $500 AUD on two Homebody Blanket Hoodies and two pairs of Homebody Blanket Pants. The hoodies were advertised as “fully sherpa-lined” and the Pants are listed as the “same material composition as the Homebody Hoodie“. However, the lining is genuinely different from the comfortable sherpa in the pants and feels very thin and cheap. This makes the hoodie very scratchy and it’s unwearable at this point.
I emailed Marieloulou multiple times to raise the issue and request a resolution, and they have not responded to any of my emails, yet they have accepted my 5 star review of the Pants, and rejected my 3 star review of the Hoodie (The fit and style of it is quite nice so 3 stars were given).
For the amount of money spent, I expected both the quality advertised and basic customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. Would not recommend.
