Not a trust worhty company
My wife dropped bottle and slipped on the wet tile cutting her knee and elbow badly on the broken glass. She ended up with 21 stitches. mapfre refused to pay the bill because I didn't call them first. When you are worried about the well being of a loved one, calling the insurance company isn't the first thing you think about. I guess if someone is in a bad accident or having a heart attack, tell them don't die I have to call the insurance company.
