Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service! They don’t reply to emails they don’t answer the phone. Been ringing since 2pm as they had an automated service blocking all calls until after 2pm it’s now 3.30pm and still can’t get through. Ordered uniform on the 28th of July still haven’t received called for an update last week to be told the product is out of stock. They are the soul provider of the school uniform this is completely unexplainable! They also sent 3 emails out in July to say the order cut of date is 02/08 for delivery before term starts.
Staff attitude is unbothered.
Very poor service and extremely slow
Very poor service. Ordered uniform for September 5 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. When queried, no assurance was given it would arrive on time. Now they've stopped replying to my emails. Thought online ordering would be easier than having to go in person to the local school shop! Won't buy from here again. Still do not know if my child will have uniform for the start of term.

This company need to buck their ideas up! They’re delivery times are shocking! I’ve emailed asking when my order will be dispatched and they’ve just responded with a don’t know! My youngest starts reception this year and probably won’t have a full uniform in his first day! I ordered before the cut off date too! They’re blaming covid but they were the same precovid too!

terrible customer service
I placed an order around black friday for the 15% discount. I have only just realised the order didn't go through via an email (although I do receive alot of spam from this company) so called up to re place and they advised me the order has now been cancelled and the discount from the time i placed would not be honoured! (bear in mind this was only last week!) the advisor was very short with me, unapologetic and this is disappointing customer service. will avoid buying with this company as a result, from now on.

Let down for the new term
As the mandatory school uniform provider, I made my order before their 'guaranteed delivery before term' date and yet we are on day 2 of term and still no uniform.
Tried to email the company and all bounced back. Spoke to them and was given a third email, this bounced too.
Utterly frustrating and my little boy has no proper uniform to go back to school with.
