Good service, great communication
I only availed the editing services of this company. The company has reasonable charges and great discounts and the service is good. They explained my intended thoughts in a very simple manner without changing the meaning. I will love to take their services in future as well. If you are looking for editing and publishing services this will be the best choice.

Worse than 1 star
Worse than 1 star. Very expensive, terribly badly written report with mathematical and technical inaccuracies - I could have written better myself and I'm not a writer. No ability to discuss with writer. No publication was achieved. No refund despite numerous complaints to Carole Smith, UK support executive.

Regarding the issue of communication with the writer, we would like to clarify that we have contractual agreements in place with our subject experts to ensure their anonymity. Additionally, we provide sanitized files to them to prevent access to your personal information, the agreement of which you signed with us at the time of your registration on our website. However, we do encourage open communication channels between clients and writers to ensure that your expectations are met effectively. All communications of to and fro of emails has to be done through our support email id. which is being handled by Carole Smith(Our UK Support Executive). Moreover, you reverted with the feedback asking for a refund after holding the Manuscript for more than 2 months with a one-liner that you are not happy with the service without giving your feedback on the delivered Manuscript using track changed mode. We also noticed that the same manuscript was published by you later without much changes which means getting a refund after getting the work done was on your priority list.
Bad customer service
They deserve less than a star. I genuinely advice every writer not to sign off with them.
I have signed off with this company a year ago, prior to signing up, I have specifically asked "is there an expiration date to your service" and ofcourse the response was "No, until your paper gets published"
So I have paid over 1300$, for nothing.. I didn't get my paper published like they have promised. And getting it rejected by journals they have selected. They delay in response to your query. They change employees alot. Everytime a new person comes in he is in charge of the order/request.
Moreover, they have apparently changed their "policy" which is the validity of the service is "one year" so they have decided to suddenly stop serving me. Their emails are very bad, the way they responded to me was "un professional" and they keep telling me the government and the government decision. We can't do anything about it.
When I asked them to speak to their supervisor or someone in charge. They replied "no point this is the final decision, our management don't have time to speak to customers" such a bad response from a lady named "Carole" don't even know who she is.
Really? This is how they are treating a more than a year customer ?? I'm really shocked and I'm disappointed with their service. I feel like I paid for just wasting time and effort in responding to their emails and questions. I will add this review to Google review to help others not to pay for such service.
Again I don't advice anyone to go with them, nothing will get published.
