First time buying a house - Both Nicole and Tommy were amazing. i was very apprehensive as i have heard funny stories about agents before but, i can honestly say - Mantons really went the extra mile in answering my queries/giving tips and really helping visualise what my house will be like.

I brought a house through Mantons and they were extremely professional and eased all my worries. They made the process feel so easy and even when there was a delay they kept me informed and updated. The whole process took around 3 months and I really wanted to say thanks to Nicole and Leah who were the most professional, but also understanding and patient with me when ever I called them and answered all my questions.. if I ever buy a house again I’ll be sure to go with Mantons again..!

Used Manton’s for sale dealt with Ian and was very pleased with the outcome sale went smoothly with the help of his team a group of very professional people did everything and kept me in the loop at all times excellent service.

I have had a generally excellent experience with Mantons. I purchased a buy-to-let property through them a year and a half ago and they have been managing the property since. We are very happy with the property they sold us and the handling of the purchase was generally very good, barring just a few occasions when correspondence took a while to be answered. That said, their management of the property since then has been very good indeed, be it finding tenants, handling repairs or getting necessary checks and certificates done. Every matter that arises has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ian Manton, the manager has been very easy to work with and his attention to the property has allowed us, as overseas landlords, to relax that the place is in good hands, which I guess is what any landlord is essentially looking for.

I would definitely recommend them.
