I’ve being playing at mansion casino for a little while now, intially I was worried because of the negative reviews on here however I’ve had such a positive experience.
Customer service are fast and very clear in there responses, there always pleasant and happy to help.
I had a large win recently this was in my PayPal within 12 hours with no issues.

I don't know who's writing these good reviews maybe company employees or paid reviewers. Avoid this site at all costs . Even if its the last casino you can use due self exclusion . There RNG rtt is rigged .ow stakes at 20p you'll slog out a slow play but lengthy and win nothing in the end . High stakes you'll lose it all straight away . I put 1000 on £1 spins triggered 1 bonus that went to 22x and won 22 quid . Gave it another shot on £500 on 20p spins on big bass and power of thor and nowt . Not 1 bonus . Please take my advice and avoid this casino they'll take you're money but take weeks and weeks to pay out should you be lucky enough. Comparably a truly awful customer service and unique withdrawal process
I’m not one to moan. I am actually here to give people a heads up - the withdrawal experience, to be nice is the worst you could have. Unlike other casinos you will also be brazenly insulted, disgusting. Believe me. Don’t be a fool or a door mat. I have actually closed my account with them over it. If that tells you anything you understand
Just how bad: previously I have had to wait for 5 weeks to get a larger withdrawal but from a different company, and having an awful experience with their compliance team in the process. But even that was better than the customer service from Mansion I’m sorry to say.

Withdrawal times DO NOT USE THIS SITE
Withdrawal time and verification is incredibly long and drawn out compared to every other online casino I have tried. And noone updates you properly. Despite sending all documents as requested. They also do not process withdrawals on weekends so despite my request being placed at 8:33 am on a Friday it is not being processed till the Monday. Trying to withdraw from this site is almost impossible.
So they reply but no change.. update they have now told me they can take 5 yes 5 working days to release to your bank wish may take another 3 so if you withdraw on a Friday you could be waiting 2 weeks.
They obviously don't want to pay out so tou deposit more whilst u wait and lose you're winnings.
