Didn’t turn up

Didn’t turn up!
First appointment cancelled due to
“Chest infection”. Second one made for three days later at 1pm. I text them at 1.20pm and asked when I could expect them as the property was empty and I left my staff on to let them in. 3pm still
A no show. The most awful
Unprofessional behaviour! They have not made contact since

Never turned up and refuses to return…

Never turned up and refuses to return my deposit. Multiple no-shows with constant excuses (illness, family issues, etc.), even after several rescheduled dates. I have the full message history as proof. Very unprofessional — looks like a scam. Do not book.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I booked and paid for a deep end-of-tenancy clean, but the cleaners were on site for barely two hours. Very little was done — minimal hoovering, poorly wiped windows that were left in a worse condition than before, and no sign of a proper deep clean.

They took full payment and left. Since then, the company has refused to provide an invoice or any evidence of the work carried out and has blocked me across all platforms. When I requested a refund, I was bluntly told there was “no chance.”

I was also spoken to in a shaming and insulting manner by Danielle via Facebook Messenger. When I asked for the before-and-after photos she claimed to have taken, I was ignored and then blocked.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I recently used Manor Housekeeping…

I recently used Manor Housekeeping Services for an end of tenancy clean . I have to say they did a brilliant job . My bathrooms look like they are brand new . After the tenant left the house in such a poor state I didn’t think it would be possible to rectify my carpets or oven . But again. These now look fantastic .
I found the team to be professional , friendly and the whole experience from booking to completing the work stress free .
I would use this company again .
Thankyou team

very poor service stay well clear of this company

very poor service notice things wasn't clean to a good standard as was said on the website and also caused a secruity breach for a property leaving keys in an unsecured area even though they was requested to return the keys to where they collected them from as this was meant to be an end of tenacy cleaning and standards was very poor that i at to go into the property and do the work myself after they charged me £350.00 for them to do it would stay well clear of this company

Do not hire to undertake deep clean

I was recommended Manor Housekeeping services on Facebook. I’ve just moved into a property and it needed a deep clean of the kitchen, bathroom and en suite. They squeezed us in the following day and charged £200 for a deep clean of my kitchen, bathroom and en suite. They delayed their arrival time three times as they were held up at another job. I didn’t mind waiting as I needed the clean done urgently so I could unpack my belongings. Unfortunately in my opinion the service they provided was not a deep clean. They contacted me a few hours after their first visit asking if I was still happy with the service. I had just gone to put my pots and pans away and noticed the back of a few of the bottom cupboards hadn’t been cleaned and the cupboard above the cooker looked like it was missed. The backs of the kitchen cupboard door handles were still dirty. The draws were cleaned but the dirt was pushed to the back corners. The shower door had limescale along the edge of the bottom seal, I ran my nail over it and it came away. One of the kitchen plug sockets was missed, I ran my finger over it and it was black and brown and there are a few areas of the tiling which still had brown marks on them. They offered to come back the following day to make good the areas that were missed. They arrived half an hour late but again I didn’t mind because I was urgently needing to unpack my items. They contacted me again after this second clean. Again I had gone to put my items away and saw the underside of shelves were dirty. One of the lower cupboards wasn’t touched at all. I wiped it and the kitchen roll came back black with seeds and cereals in it. The inner sides of around 80% of the cupboards were dirty. The bottoms of all the doors were dirty. The underside lip of the worktop when the doors and drawers were open was filthy. I used a kitchen spray on the underside of the handles and the grime came off. The worktops had bits on them because the drawers were done last and the crumbs from them were left on the worktops. My other half looked at the extractor hood and said it is still greasy and needs another clean.
At this point I was so disappointed and desperate to get my stuff unpacked and put away, my partner and I decided to clean the kitchen ourselves. It took us three hours to clean it to get rid of the grime and dirt.
They asked to come back to make good again but we’ve already deep cleaned everywhere and my partner said he would clean the cooker hood himself.
The majority of the job was to a suitable standard as a light clean but regarding the points above, not what I would call a deep clean which is what I paid for.
