Not the product advertised
I placed an order on the website because of an ad I saw on instagram. It said that the product would be made of linen and cotton. What a surprise when the product arrived and it was 100% polyester! In addition to this, the style of the pants was different from the one displayed on the website.
I have spent the last couple of weeks exchanging emails with Customer Care (I was talking to Claudia), and she offered me a refund of 25% of the price (which later increased to 30% during the conversation—note that they won't cover the shipping costs to China if you choose to return the item) or a 60% discount on my next purchase.
Neither of the options seems suitable to me, as the product I paid for and the one I received have nothing in common, and since I don't trust Mano Milano anymore, I won't be making another order.
Absolutely do not buy from this website!
