Ordered a battery in December 2022. Have been recieving automated responses. Can someone please get Google to out them down its a scam

Payment for order #000078822 was received by them on 24 November 2022. We have had no contact from them since, they do not answer their phone nor do they respond to emails querying delivery of the product.
I HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND AND AM AWAITING RESPONSE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They took my money and did not deliver..i placed an orer 5 months ago.I wrote many mails requesting that they must send me the item or that they give me a refund,nothing happend...people must not buy anything from this company ....very poor service or rather no service.

Ordered a product. Payed and was then told out of stock. Still no refund and only generic email response.

Stay away from Manicaa. I placed my order on 25 December 2022. Manicaa acknowledged receipt of my order but untill today 3 February 2023 I received nothing.

On 9 February I did eventually received my goods.

Needless to say, no refund.

This is a scam!

Placed an order on April 5, 2022. Only got an email to say thank you for payment, nothing ever since. Only form of communication are automated responses. Terrible company, if it even exists!!!!

Would definitely not recommend.
Placed and paid for my order #000079051 in November 2022, the notified me the product is out of stock. There after I requested a refund in 02 Dec 2022. They advised me on the 7th of Dec that my refund will be processed. I Followed up on the 30th of Dec 2022 and just received an email that the matter is "escelated to finance". It is not the 1st of Feb 2023 and I have still not received my refund even after my multiple attempt of following up.

I wrote this same review on the 27th of September and Manicaa have not even replied to or acknowledged my review ...
Here it goes again :
On 21st of July 2022, I made a purchase and sent them "proof of payment"
On the same day, Manicaa acknowledged receipt of payment and advised that my order would be dispatched around the 15th of August and that a tracking number would be forthcoming...
It is now the last day of January 2023 ( 6 months from date of purchase ) and I have not had any communication, apart from several automated replies, which do not even relate to to the enquirires which I have made thus far ???
Why is this company still allowed to trade !!!

I wish I did some reading about these scammers before placing an order:
I placed an order and paid on the 28/11/2022, did not received item on the promised date and no replies to several e-mails and phone calls.
I requested refund, sent them requested proof of payment and still no word these scammers.

I am concerned about Manicaa's legitimacy after reading so many similar experiences to mine. Shocking that a service company can have as many negative reviews as this and just nonchalantly apologise time after time with no visible improvement action. My order no 000080016 for a car stereo harness was early December 2022. Payment made and acknowledged by Manicaa. Email received promising delivery in week of 9 January 2023. My issue is not non-delivery yet.. Its just the blatant non response to email enquiries and voice calls. I've spent a small fortune holding on listening to a robot making empty recorded promises on the phone. This company is a scammer for sure. Stay away. A Ms Clara Kutsawa is listed as sole proprieter and she must rather stay away from customer service enterprises. Just.... Shocking.

I think this is one of the useless Online Store ever existed. I ordered a Battery in and this is the order Number #**********92; that was placed on 6th of October 2022 until today no delivery. I have tried to reach out and no luck. I think they scamming people left, right and center. You call the number on the website, you cannot get through, send emails to *********** no response and left with no choice but you had actually paid for the ordered product.

They are not truthful ,they are laying for customers i ASK south Africa not to buy from them you do not get your stock ,and they do not want to refund your money i wanted as from October already . Please do not support them at all .

This company is a fraud i ordered last week of October they send me an email saying my shipment will be dispatched on 22 November 2022.A week after tried to contact them on there phone number via email. Even recently signed up for there chat but with no response. They just took the money gave order number lied and went cold

Three stars only because after a veeeeery long delay ,did receive order! Also Covid played a part in the lag time!

Well an update to say that I have given up !! They will never answer their phone and I will never be refunded for the poor quality of goods and service. IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU, STAY AWAY FROM MANICAA !!

never purchase here my order numbers are 000081393,000081392,000080750,000080747,000080319 and l never received them ever since they stop their communications

and l wuld just want a refund because this place sounds real but lm tell you it is a ll fake

Eventually after nearly 6 months of combat, I received my refund, I will now go after the interest on my R 4 360.00. Although I am happy that I received the refund {had written it off}, I plan to still pursue the closure of these THIEVES. They should be shut down and jailed.
