Lucia was amazing to work with. I had to cancel a previous trip and was nearing the tail end of my re-booking date. It was clearly stated there'd be a re-booking fee, and she brought up the fee when I needed to re-book - everything lined up with what I expected. I had already signed and paid the previously stated re-booking fee. She reached back out and was able to lower the fee and even find me an aisle seat which wasn't previously available. She did all of this without me asking - going above and beyond.
I hope to work with her in the future!
