Mangopay & Vinted partners in crime? Holding money back .
Waiting for payment for sold goods .
Apparently Mangopay are a Loan company and holding back cash no doubt they will be keeping the interest both scammers of a high magnitude

In this day and age how does it take a week to sort out a technical glitch with Mangopay and Vinted?!? Thousands of people are waiting for their sales money to be released. It’s not on!

I have to agree with all the other negative reviews on here as I started selling a few bits on Vinted because I needed the money for a holiday, I was fed up with eBay's over the top rules regs and fee's and scams, initially everything went well selling a few things in a few days but then I wanted to withdraw my money to pay for the holiday (final balance dew in two days!!) and after waiting a week because of a ' Technical issue' I still cant have it! I have over £450 just sat there! At least on ebay I would have had the money days ago! Not a great start to selling on Vinted but if they continue to use Mangopay it'll be the last time I use it!.

Vinted really need to find an alternative provider! Magnopay = no pay!

How is thjs still going on? My money is still stuck in tbjs theiving companies pot! Its been over a week! Why hasnt the issue not resolved already? We want answers

Why, oh why can't Mangopay and Vinted give updates.
I understand that technical issues happen but this is getting ridiculous now - it's been days not hours and we're getting no updates!

Same as everybody else, have completed Vinted sales and still funds are pending now for over 5 days. It's completely unacceptable to take this long and still with no end in sight.

Same issues payment still in pending, 3 days now, Vinted should be paying compensation for this ridiculous situation, no updates, no replies to complaints, what a joke of a company, blaming the payment provider, will be closing my account when I eventually get my money.

Discusting mangopay/vinted 5 days holding my money i sold items to have the money for my daughters birthday this is horrendous! Release my money!!!

Pending payments not transferred now for days

MangoPay/Vinted - not sure where the issue is and quite frankly it's my money for sales so I would like it released and will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman. Vinted holiday mode until this is rectified.

Both, Mongopay and Vinted are beyond awful, taking 5 days, and still not being able to resolve the Vinted payout glitch, that shouldn't be happening in this day and age, especially when Vinted has been around since 2008. Horrible companies to deal with. Don’t know if will be able to take the money that has been earned or how long this will take. Looking for better alternatives.

Awful company keeping my Vinted balance pending like other people I have not received my refund from Vinted after been cancelled there support team is garbage not help what so ever Vinted is going down hill I encourage anyone to stop using them get them into liquidation there steeling people hard earned money allowing sellers also to sell items that they no longer own

Let’s be honest here how on earth can companies like these two get away with holding onto to people’s money that rightfully belongs to that person ???? surely there must be some legality issue here ?? Vinted and Mangopay are a ABSOLUTE AND UTTER DISGRACE we all need to leave vinted and let these theives crumble it is down to us all to leave these because this WILL happen again

Agree with the other sellers on here. Issues with Vinted pending funds and no updates given on resolution timescales or any real reason for the issue. They are withholding people’s money without any valid reason

Pending balance problems- unable to withdraw my money, money stuck in pending balance. We have not been provided an estimate on when we can expect the fix… why not? They should be providing customers with daily updates on status of the problem.

Technical issues should take hours to fix, not days or weeks. Obviously someone doesn’t have a very good IT team. Incompetent.
Who is working on the fix a 5 year old??

taking so long to resolve the payment issue on vinted when people are dependent on that money as its their wages is absolutely insane, any company that respects itself fixes this within 24h i don't understand how you have the audacity to take so long?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
