With Mango Flights money is disappeared…

With Mango Flights money is disappeared in total
Euro 994.00, and no flight tickets Zürich-Baku was issued.
Booking and transaction completed on 29.06.2023, on the MNG TRAVEL GROUP, BNP PARIBAS S.A. NIEDERLASSUNG DEUT, BAHNHOFSTRASSE 55, 90402 NUERNBERG.
l had to book a new flight.
Even my Bank could not trace any money.
Keep away from this scum company names where customers does not matter, just money.
Even 1 star does not deserve at all.
Keep your hands off this scum "company".

Hello Manuela,

Unfortunately, we have to assume that you did not want to review us but another company.
We do not offer any flights from Zurich to Baku and our office is in Cologne and not in Nuremberg.
As this is the wrong company, we ask you to delete the review.

I was on new years tour to Lloret de…

I was on new years tour to Lloret de Mar. We paid them to pick us up from Stuttgart, but they changed our tickets WITHOUT TELLING US to start from Karlsruhe. We had to pay the bus tickets from our pockets. They bought us tickets back from Karlsruhe to Stuttgart only after we asked for them. In New Years Eve we paid them to take us to dinner and to clubs in Lloret. We took a bus to neighbor town and the dinner was not pleasant experience. 3 course meal in 40 minutes and then they told us to get out of the restaurant. I know 20 euros is not much, but I would rather not be fed like a pig. After dinner we had some time to hangout in bar that is size of the big kitchen. Most of the quest had to have their drinks outside in December.

And Bus was late every time for whole trip. German punctuality.

Would not recommend to anybody.
