Worst and most overpriced product I ever had
At all costs avoid buying this expensive garbage. Worst quality for a product you will pay that much. All joint parts are wobbly as it is a 40 dollar stand. Head mechanism which locks the camera will always be a gamble if you tightly locked your mechanism. Not once I could loose 3000 usd worth camera because of their idiotic design and 'ideas'. Ball in head mechanism which allows you to move the camera will always go stuck and annoy you. I had screw instead of clap mechanism on their leg joints. Idiotic design because you never know which one is tight as you cant see it but also, those thigts are also poorly built so even if you make it tight leg will still go loose in some cases. Eventually, after one year of use, leg fell out of one joints which shouldn't happen if this was even a bit of a quality product. Basically what you will get is a 40 usd stand from TEMU for a price of 400 usd. At least, lesson learned and I will never buy anything else from these garbage engineers.
Avoid this shoddy brand
I bought the mini tripod with smartphone clamp on the advide of a friend who uses it everyday. I wa so impressed I even bought a 2nd slightly different one for my daughter.
after less thatn a year the clamp to hold my phone in place has snapped, and the ball/socket joint ont on my daughters has become so loose it can no longer hold the weight of the phone. I was impressed by the build quality but after trying in vein to get hold of their customer service dept I hav egiven up and would advise anyone to stay away from this shoddy brand.

The correct product was swiftly sent out and collection for the wrong product was organised and payed for by Manfrotto.

Great product delivered in great timing. There Soft Silver reflector does a great job at reflecting light with a very natural look
Poor customer service and an unusable product
£200 for a camera bag. With a name like Manfrotto you expect quality. Used twice and small retaining clip for should strap/rucksack comes off/lost? The rucksack strap doesn't work without the deceptively small silver clip. Contact Manfrott for a replacement small part, directed to our "customer services" support company. Contact the same and told we don't carry any spares for that bag. Advised you would usually return it to the retailer (amazon in Abu Dhabi). Neither Manfrotto or their apparently customer service agent could care? My impression is quality and customer care have gone?

I've always had a good experience with Manfrotto, especially last year when one of my gimbals stopped working and they even helped me outside of the warranty period. It was a known fault but they could have refused. I was impressed with this extra-mile approach, I sent them a load of coffee after.
They can be a bit expensive on their clamps, I want one of them but it's north of £100 for a clamp for the GimBoom, I'll eventually bite the bullet.
(EDIT: 26-09-25) My replacement Gimble has exhibited the same fault as before, I have been trying to get in touch with Manfrotto which links to Videndum Solutions in Bury St Edmonds since April (on and off) and I have had no luck. I have a few support numbers given to me by the Manfrotto website andI have tried to call on 4 occsions and left messages. Does Manfrotto haveany UK customer support at this point?

Product ok - shame about the courier
Whilst the product and service from Manfrotto was ok, the courier was hopeless - didn't deliver the product then claimed they had. There’s no phone no on the website, so communication about the issue was difficult though I eventually managed to get the chatbot to deliver a message. I bought the product from another supplier and it was delivered promptly so got a refund from Manfrotto. The courier eventually delivered it, so another saga ensued trying to get them to collect it again. All in all, a fruistrating and time consuming experience. Change your courier Manfrotto.

This is not a review of Manfrotto products, which are very good - I have two tripods and other Manfrotto accessories
It is a review of Videndum Media, who handle the supply of Manfrotto products. Or, actually, don't...
I ordered a Manfrotto ball-head. Paid for it, and next day got a confirmation with tracking details.
That was it. No further contact, apart from an automated reply when I complained about the item not being delivered and my inability to contact anyone about it. There is no contact telephone number for customer service, and the do not answer emails.
Eventually I had to get my bank to force a charge-back, so I finally have my money back.
If you want Manfrotto products, buy from a third party seller, such as a camera shop or Amazon. I chose to buy direct because I have done so in the past and had good service. Now that Videndum Media are involved, I wouldn't touch Manfrotto.com ever again.
