I am very happy with Malco this is the 2nd time using them, the cars are what is stated when booking and the reps are professional and friendly. I arrived in Valencia at 00:15, the rep was there within 10 minutes of coming out of the Airport. The same when dropping of the car. no fuss, no extra charges. I recommend Malco Rental company to anyone.

Excellent service with very good cars and no hidden extras. What they quote you is what you pay.
instructions that are provided give you very clear and easy to follow instructions for pick up and drop off.

Malco are the best in my view. In this murky world of car rental they stand out as consistently honest, responsive and friendly and consequently I have used them for years now. It was the best thing meeting Blanca and Castellón airport many years ago and they appear to have grown but kept the same style. Bonus is they’re friendly and they work with an equally competent and friendly delivery team of Khan at Valencia Airport.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient. We received a spotless Qashqai on our visit and it was a joy to drive. No hidden costs, just top up the tank before dropping it back. Simple, and what I hoped it would be… straightforward!

We are 10 days on from you emailing saying you cannot do this rental. Still no monies back and do not reply on whats app. I would be very careful, as i am over again in a couple of weeks and will visit your office. Youve been warned!

Hired for our two week holiday. This car hire company did exactly what they said they would do. No hassle, No Hard sell and no other issues. I would highly reccomend them. I will be using them again. Keep up the good work. If i was to point out anything. The car could have been cleaner (I understand though it was probably there busiest time. July)

Very impressed with the overall service our plane was delayed but the agent from the company kept in touch the vehicle was delivered to the airport as soon as we arrived and on return again no delays one phone call to say we were 5 minutes away and they were waiting to collect it our deposit was returned to our bank account in less than an hour would highly recommend

First time of using Malco at Alicante. Very impressed with service. Full insurance cover removes all that hassle you get at collections and the hard sell for additional insurance although you may already have your own. Vehicle excellent.
I hope full insurance cover remains and is not abused with careless irresponsible drivers taking advantage.

The company was easy to contact. .Picking up the car was very convenient as was returning it. The car was what I wanted and was very clean and roadworthy. The price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly.

What to start with. Everything was straight forward. I filled up form online so when we arrived we gave them a ring on outside of airport (they have sent you a details where to meet). Guy came within 5 minutes with car and whole paperwork. You just sign it and of to go. Return was same easy. Fair price. Deposit €100 for fuel received in 2 days. No hidden costs on fully insured option. Honestly recommend this company. Thank you to Malco for easy transactions.

We have used them in Valencia twice. Absolutely brilliant. Car can be picked up and dropped off at arrivals in the express parking lane. Uncomplicated pick up as driving licence and other details given in advance. Quick handover and friendly staff. No need to search for offices and wait around. Car was excellent. The prices with full coverage very reasonable too. I would recommend 100 %.

I would recommend this company. First of all deposit is only 100eur compare to other companies which take much higher deposits. It is super easy to collect and return the car. Company is always available and you can reach them through whatsup too. The car was new, it exceeded the mileage of 1500km when we took it over. The insuarance is covered as well, so you don't have to pay extra, which is great. The only shortcoming would be a limitation of mileage, so if you travel a lot you have to pay extra..
