Anyway, I hate to write reviews, but this product that I received not as per acceptations!

Very poorly made.

Great products and service. They are very affordable and not too pricy.

I tried posting this review to Makeup Geek's website a couple of times and for some reason they just never post. It's like they're intentionally blocking the negative reviews or something. Anyways, I bought the Iconic Lipstick in Saucy and the I find the photos on the website with the lip swatches of this color to be misleading. This lipstick looks nothing like a dark, brick color on my lips. It just looks like a bright red color - which brings me to my other point, I wish there were lip swatches of the lipsticks on different skin tones instead of just pale skin. I have light-medium olive skin tone and Saucy just doesn't look like anything like the photo on the website compared to someone pale who may be wearing it.

After a horrible experience with Beautybay, I decided to purchase these eyeshadows directly from the makeup geek website. The delivery to my address in Singapore arrived within a week. Packaging was good, products intact and of good quality. There was even a handwritten thank you note with my name on it. Really happy with the products and delivery.

Eye shadows are pigmented for the gods!! Some colours aren't as intense/ vibrant as shown online but that's probably just down to lighting - still happy with them though.

Beautiful colours and excellent customer service. I thought it might be tricky having the products delivered to Germany but they arrived within a couple of weeks and I was able to track the package all the way. The postage was pretty good value and the customer service ladies are so freindly and competent. I will definitely order more products!:-)

Started using my MUG new colors, I am trying out typhoon, enchanted forest, steampunk and curfew. Liking them so far! Fills some nice gaps in my pallette. Blending really nicely

I had made an order. A month past no product. I emailed until I was blue in the face. I called both of their numbers but told I was 3rd in line, but each time it went to voice mail. - No return call. The CA number; no one picks up but I go directly into voice mail.

I had a problem with an order from Makeup Geek, however they settled the problem most graciously. I had placed an order with them and never received it, I had sent three emails and did not receive a response, however I emailed another business who did business with them and I was contacted immediately and one of my eyeshadow so was out of stock, they replaced it with another and added a free one, my choice. I do believe it would be better for them to have customer service numbers though. It would have solved the issue so much quicker. The quality of the eyeshadow so is so superior to anything else, I even like these as well as Mac, there is no comparison. They have an excellent product. I was satisfied with the conclusion, however it took someone else from the outside to run interference and a phone number could have taken care of it. Still for the price and quality, they can't be beat. I'm a loyal customer and will put up with a little inconvenience for what I get.

I recently ordered a couple of products from Makeup Geek. And the quality is OUTSTANDING. But when they arrived, I noticed that one of my pigment jars was broken. I emailed customer service some pictures of the broken product and in no time I got a quick and very friendly response from a woman named Angela. She was extremely helpful and offered to send me a new product. It was very friendly and efficient service! A++++ from me!

I absolutely love the products I receive from them and the timing is always perfect.
I will be ordering a lot of gifts for the holidays!!!

Bought some eyeshadows.The quality is fabtastic and best of all it cruelty free :) i have heard a lot of positive about this brand and website,and they were right!Quality is equal to MAC.They last long and the pigment is strong.Can´t recommend this website and brand enough! The shipping prices are very low and reasonable.
