Customer service is struggling
Clearly the company is struggling with service. Here is our correspondence in ordering a sofa cover.
On June 14 your company said: we expect your covers in July.
On July 12 your company said: deliver in the next couple of weeks.
On August 15 your company said: we'll send you an update late next week.
On August 25 your company said: we'll provide a date of completion the week of Sept 5.
On Sept 6 your company said: I can nearly provide you with the date.
On Sept 12 your company said you would contact us the week of Oct 10 to book delivery. We'll be in touch.
On Oct 15th we sent the above list of dates into them. As of Oct 25 there has been no reply.
