I needed to convert a HTML document into a PDF. It was very helpful in doing this and quick.

I’m a volunteer who runs a girls football league aomifter creating flyers and saving as pdfs and needing JPEGs for social media pages and sending to my teams . Used this site for my match day programs and all very straight forward and easy to use on the 5 day trial - great customer service and replied to my emails when I made a mistake 👍
Will use again next season

Just like many other users I paid a one off payment of £0.99 and three payments came out. Then I had not realised that they had taken £29.99 out of my account over three months. They had the cheek to say that they could only refund the most recent payment due to their policy. I did not agree to subscribe to a monthly payment of £29.99. Still there is no refund in my account and they have asked me to cancel my dispute with PayPal. Stayyyy away from these crooks.

Found this company by chance. Very impressed with the results. I had to get a complicated government document translated into Ukrainian and it was done in seconds! Customer service excellent regarding another matter and rapid response. Will use again. No doubt.

Great translation service, however didn't realise id actually signed up for a subscription (which I didn't need) Their quick response to rectify this was 1st class, (special mention to Lisa). Would highly recommend.

Fraudulently tried to charge me for a subscription fee, which was luckily blocked by my bank. I can see from other comments this is very common.

In fairness, Lisa from their customer support team was excellent, and rectified this for me.

Easy to use product but unauthorised payment taken - Lisa resolved super quickly - confirmed refund in minutes. So keep an eye on your account but service excellent.

These guys are a scam, used it once for a 99p copy only to find they are charging me £29.99 - I never signed up for a subscription.

I have subsequently discovered they have already taken three payments in three weeks.

Mistakenly bought a year subscription when all I really wanted was to use the app once.
My yearly subscription was quickly canceled and my money refunded.
No questions asked, a pleasant experience remedying a mistake I made.

They state in their web blurb, no credit card necessary. Untrue, you have to give a CC number even for £0.99. Two days later, they took a further £29.99 which would be a monthly payment which I never signed up for or authorised.

Two weeks ago, they authorised a refund (so say)! I keep chasing and am still waiting, wasting time and causing frustration.

Don’t waste your time and money on these charlatans.

Easy to use. Converting a file to PDF was very straightforward. Customer service was excellent when I was charged after canceling my subscription. Matter resolved quickly and I obtained a refund promptly.
