I purchased a product and it never arrived and every time I contact the customer service they change their number on the website and never reply back again. BE CAREFUL!!!!

Hi! Just want to share what happened to me, so no one make the same mistake. I order from MAKE BEAUTY some hair relaxing system and other products in November 2025 and still 6 months later I don’t receive my products. In January they made me paid a fast shipping supposedly to make a fast shipping but they didn’t ship anything. They have turn off all comments in instagram because apparently a lot of people are complaining for the exact same thing. Don’t order from them because products will never be deliver. There is not enough bad words to write for this service? Order made on 2nd or December no order delivered no refund issued! This platform is the biggest scam of the century! They have blocked all comments on social media so we cant leave negative comments or ask questions! Customer service non existent, no one replies to messages or emails, when they reply always say we will look into it and just ignore you and never reply back! Scam scam scam! Stay away from this website

I ordered from Canada. I have been ordering for years and the service was impeccable in the past however this time it was different. I did not get the product. They don’t answer to emails. They have become scammers. Do not buy from them

SCAM! No product delivery they just charge the credit card and then tell you constantly to wait.

6 MONTHS of waiting for the product that never comes.
They keep delaying or stop replying to messages. They are changing their whatsup numbers .
There is no way of contacting them other than a whatsup.
They don't give a refund and the product never arrive.
SCAMMERS. BEWARE. DONT BUY.

I bought products from this store in Brazil and here in the USA. They arrived quickly. However, on the third purchase, they simply disappeared. There's no tracking code, I didn't receive the product. In one of the messages they said they were experiencing delays because they changed locations. They don't answer emails, they don't answer WhatsApp messages anymore, they don't respond to complaints on complaint websites. I don't know what happened to this company. I just know that I no longer trust them and I don't recommend them to anyone. Don't buy from this store. It's become a scam.

“I ordered two creatine supplements. Six months have passed and neither the package arrived nor did anyone respond. They are 100% scammers. Do NOT buy from them at all

So dissapointed with these scammers.. i ordered last june up until now they did not send me my items.. they are active on reply when you buy. But after the payment. They will ignore your message.. 😡

I placed my order on 2nd November. Delivery time was stated with 3-5 working days. Well it’s almost one month now and my order hasn’t even been shipped. I can only advise: do not buy from this company!! Customer service is a joke: always the same woman (Camila) replies on WhatsApp with the same lame excuses. There is no other way to contact them.
Again, do not buy!!!

Total scam. Bought the product online on the 08/08/2025, two weeks later I had no emails at all letting me know about shipping or delay in shipping. I was given a WhatsApp number to talk to a lady called Camilla that kept repeating herself for around 3 months. Thankfully my credit card company is disputing the transaction. Avoid this company!

So annoyed with myself for falling in this trap and didn't check out the company first!!! Never received the product, just continuous lies of why it's delayed!!! 2 months on still NOTHING, avoid them like the plague !!!

Careful with this company, they only respond when they want you to buy, after you place the order, they take your money and never send you the product. My daughter placed an order over 3 months ago never received the shipment. I placed an order individually without knowing about hers and i have been waiting for a month, no shipment, they already collect the money, no response only automatic responses, and by the way i also bought before without any issued, they only do it to get your trust after that they still your money BECAREFUL.

My first two orders arrived without any issue, which built trust. But my third order has been “in progress” for over a month with no shipment or refund despite multiple messages. Poor communication and no reliability. You send the first two orders to build trust, then the next one never arrives

I purchased on 15th September and paid at USD70 and never receive until now. I have sent messages and emails and they kept telling me your parcel will be updated in a few days. I request for refund and no response. If anyone see my messages before purchasing you are very lucky.
I hope my review can help prevent others from falling victim to scammers.

I had 2 previous happy experiences with this company , fast delivery, great products but I don't know what happened to them. It's been nearly 3 months since I placed an order with them and I'm still waiting for either my order or a refund. and they are ignoring my messages. I do not trust them anymore. I don't know if they are frauds but I sure know that they don't care about their customers at all.

Please be careful, they are scamming people i ordered and it's been over 2 month, ands they haven't ship it. They don't refund you and keep ignoring me.
I'm gonna sue them
