Father’s remembrance plaque
Our family wanted a plaque to be placed at the site where my father’s ashes were to be scattered. We settled on a heritage style in green with white lettering.As he originated in South Wales and spoke fluent welsh, we had it done in welsh. This was no bother at all for George & the team who styled it very well. When it was delivered, I wasn’t totally happy with the finish to be honest. Absolutely no need to bother, it was refinished & returned to me in under a week. I am now completely happy with the quality etc, and I would recommend anyone needing a metal sign/ plaque etc to get in touch with these guys

The client's wish is not important
Asked for a specific outline in text, with our family names. As seems perfectly logic, based on English language.
This was all confirmed.
But after months (!!) getting the heavy name plate, I discovered that the company took its own decision.
After mentioning this, a worthless reaction; we thought you wanted it like this (obviously not). No regret, no dialogue what options I'd have.
Will never do business with Majestic Metals, a waste of time and money.

Website was easy to navigate. I was advised there was a 2-3 wks wait for the item but I was regularly updated. Item arrived packaged well and very pleased overall.

I was a bit worried a plaque would just…
I was a bit worried a plaque would just be produced without me being able to check it beforehand. But I was sent a copy to check and was able to adjust to my preferences. Plaque arrived in time for Christmas and my son was delighted. Thank you
