I was able to look round and find the wines that I wanted to purchase and was looked after by the colleagues attending to the sale.

Jaqueline at the Havant store gave me some great advice and choices yesterday. It is always a joy visiting the store and exiting trying the wines recommended. Thank you for the great service and e xperience.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
We chose Majestic to supply the drinks for our wedding because we assumed a national retailer could be trusted to get something so important right. That assumption couldn’t have been more wrong.
Majestic’s mistake turned what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives into an exercise in damage limitation. We ordered 21 cases of beer for 110 wedding guests, but Majestic delivered just 2 cases. To make matters worse, it was one of the hottest days of the year, making the lack of drinks an even bigger concern. Instead of enjoying our wedding day, a huge portion of it was spent scrambling to source emergency replacements and wondering whether we’d have enough drinks for our guests. No couple should have to deal with that on their wedding day.
For a business that markets itself as an expert in wine for special occasions, the lack of care has been astonishing. Yes, Majestic eventually refunded the £546 order, but only after considerable time and effort on my part. A refund simply returned my money for goods they failed to supply correctly. It did nothing to acknowledge the disruption, inconvenience and hours spent resolving a problem that should never have existed.
What has disappointed me even more is how they’ve handled the complaint. Despite countless apologies, the only goodwill they were prepared to offer was a £100 voucher, a discount on another order and an in-store tasting. After letting us down so badly, they expected me to come back and spend more money with them. When I explained I had completely lost confidence in the company and asked for a cash goodwill payment instead, they refused and described their offer as “final”.
At that point, the apologies became meaningless. If a company genuinely values its customers, it demonstrates that through its actions, not by repeatedly saying “sorry” while offering compensation that can only be redeemed by shopping with the very business that caused the problem.
Mistakes happen. Every company gets things wrong. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they put things right. Majestic failed that test completely.
I will never shop with Majestic again, and I certainly wouldn’t trust them with another important occasion. If you’re considering using them for a wedding or any event where reliability matters, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of wine merchants who deserve your money more than this one.
Great experience with the docklands team. Always deliver on time with great quality products. But would be great if there was a wider range of canned drinks (cocktail offering).

Best selection of wine and good customer service, however the 10% off when buying 24 bottles would be better if it was off 12 bottles😉.
But still my favourite wine supplier
Thank you

Harpenden Branch has some of the most fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly staff ever had the pleasure of knowing.
We humbly know Ben the manager and Tom & Dave are helpful and super friendly.
The wines are lovely, the only thing that I could suggest is that there where a few more stronger wines of 16/18% abv. If they exist lol.
Prices is reasonable and its a great aspect too try before you buy at their wine tasting evenings.

It’s all good except you’re tasting evenings where we only get one free and have to pay £20/ person, we spend on average £300 to £400 a month, it seems quite mean to charge us and others for selected tastings.
