You stock some beautiful Italian wines that my wife and I like. They are not too costly and they are some of the best wines available at your stores. You staff are very helpful, and friendly. Very well managed at Birkdale, easy to get about and very well stocked. Getting e mails that help get us a discount. Majestic is our best shop for wines and beers

You stock a great range, meaning i can often find wines i have heard of but not seen on sale elsewhere from the region I am interested in/know more about.
I can also be tempted by wines from elsewhere which, as I have resolved to buy 6 or 12 bottles, I can slip an experimental couple in with those I know or think I know, thereby broadening horizons.
The price range is good too, excellent £10 bottles for everyday drinking to much more prestigious (or pretentious?) for a special occasion.
Staff are always extremely helpful, though they cannot be expected to have an intimate knowledge of every wine I've always found them to know something about almost every bottle, and their recommendations have always proved good.

I had found some wine that was a bin end that I really liked. Hannah took the trouble to source some from other branches and then deliver it. Fantastic service thank you

We have always received a really good services from the staff at Majestic in Darlington. They are helpful and knowledgeable an able to direct us to the kind of wine we prefer.

I ordered a case of wine from Majestic Wine after hearing good things about them from colleagues.

My order arrived on 18/06 around noon, but 6 bottles were the wrong product – an Extra Dry sparkling wine instead of the wine I had ordered. I contacted customer service immediately and explained the problem. I also said that if my chosen wine was unavailable, I would be happy to accept a similar alternative, provided it was a Brut ( as that was what I had originally ordered) or Extra Brut sparkling wine.

A replacement delivery was arranged, but the replacement bottles were also the wrong product. The delivery driver contacted his manager, reviewed my order confirmation, and took photos of the wine listed on Majestic's website. The incorrect bottles were collected.

Later that day, another delivery arrived containing exactly the same incorrect wine that I received on Thursday. Once again, the driver contacted his manager, took photos etc. After discussions with his manager, all of the bottles that I did not want were collected, and I was told that a manager would contact me to discuss a solution. I explained that I would prefer a practical resolution rather than simply placing a new order, as the quantity involved would not qualify for free delivery.

That was several days ago.

Since then, I have received no phone call, no email, and no refund. It is now Tuesday afternoon. At this point, I paid for wine, received the wrong product, returned everything they asked me to return, and I am left with neither the wine I ordered nor my money.

Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is extremely disappointing. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend Majestic Wine based on my experience.

All the staff, led by Chris the manager, have a passion for and knowledge of wine that they want the customer to benefit from and share in.

I regularly use both Chester and Wrexham as I live in between both stores.
The service and especially advice I get at Wrexham is outstanding. No pressure just informed answers to my many questions. I actually enjoy spending money in your store.

The staff , who know me as a regular but not someone inclined to buy expensive wines, are uneringly helpful and willing to offer knowlegable advice.
I am always greeted in a friendly fashion which to an elderly person is important and gives me confidence that the advice given will be right for me. Well done Cobham staff.

Based on my experience some of your shops, despite being a part of the national retail chain, have managed to reach a customer focus level of the local corner shop when the shop personnel remembers your name, shopping patterns, and preferences. I value Majestic efforts for creating a local wine lovers community.

The team in Perth are always helpful and pleasant and there was no eye-rolling when I forgot to use my 10% voucher which they kindly sorted out.

I had the pleasure of organising a Charity Wine festival, I have no knowledge of Wines.
Every time I visited the shop I had Fabulous help from Harriet and Kevin , Cheltenham Branch. Sometimes they would spend 45 Minutes Guiding me and my team. I really hope that the CEO and management read this ! and feed back to them.
