I have spend more than 300£ in two purchases.
I just received the latex gloves and is possible for my size. I need size M.
I can provide pictures that is totally new and was not use.
I just would like to change for size M.
I desapointed, how this kind of company can not understand the costumer needed and avaliated all the context and let the customers satisfied. Is so expensive this cloves to stay obsolete.

Exchange an item
Everything was good, I normally do not make mistake on ordering the correct size, but this order I made a mistake ordering a size too small. I had requested an exchange but got a refund instead. I wish customer service have allow an exchange. Because to buy the item again it’s no longer on special. I’m a little bit disappointed.

Shipment was timely. I had to make a return and the process was very smooth. Ordered 2 separate items to get the size right and they accepted the return without a flinch.

The package was not delivered.
Unfortunately, I have not received the package.
The tracking system shows that the package was delivered, but it was not. I have tried to contact local delivering service (Hrvatska Posta), but they were of no help.
This is very unfortunate, because Maison Close represents commendable business with high quality products.
After contacting Maison Close costumer service, they immediately sent me the same package completely free of charge. Truly dedicated to customer satisfaction and wonderful company with excellent products!

What you see is what you get: the products you receive are just as deliciously delicate and supremely sensual as they show on the site. It was my first time shopping on Maison Close, but it most definitely will not be the last time. I bought the Jeux Magnétiques top and a lace body (among other things) and oh my Goddess. I felt like a proper superstart wearing them. Treat yourself to some sensual luxury (or even better: get your partner to treat you!) and you'll see what I mean. I know the prices are rather hight, but the quality easily lives up to the expectation. The site is also very user friendly and the service was excellent. Everything was packed with such delicate care: opening every little box felt like Christmas! ♥

What is so good is that it’s easy to order and have a gift sent to Europe but ordered from the US. This is more valuable than you may think.
For example, I’m going on four weeks to order something from Agent Provacateur and still haven’t had success.

Great lingerie, not so great customer service :/
I have made 2 orders and love their lingerie, it's beautifully made and with great designs.
However, I am having the same difficulty as others and should have listened to them.
I promptly emailed a return request with all pertinent information after receiving the items. After asking if the items were in their original packaging and ignoring the request on return instructions, NO RESPONSES from customer service! It’s been 2 weeks and my 30 days are almost up!
I have emailed them, checked spam, called them, and submitted a request on their website. They have not responded with instructions on how to return yet.
Do not trust that returns will go smoothly if you buy from them. It’s unfortunate this is happening in a company that makes such great lingerie.

Maison Close lingerie is stunning. My partner adores the brand, the softness of the materials, the quality, the fit. We have purchased many beautiful items, it is always my go to place to buy presents for her. My only complaint, and it is increasingly a big one as they ignored my comments about it, is their unwillingness to use black models in their marketing or on their website. It makes me increasingly uneasy to buy from them in 2024.
