Very poor
I ordered the "Sunface Clock" and I received the "Ivy Silhouette Clock". This was going to be a Chrismas gift which I ordered in plenty of time. Now I have to find something else. The incorrect product is being returned.

Two week delivery time
Well, it's not here yet. Ordered on November 23, payment went through on November 25, shipped on December 1. Usually expect that shipping coincides with the billing. Not sure I will use them again.

Please understand that orders placed near a holiday are subject to an additional 1-2 business day processing as businesses are generally closed during that time. I show your order is scheduled to deliver 12.7.11. The warehouse for this product is located in CA, which does account for the additional transit time to your location. I ordered this mailbox online and received several emailsnover the course of a couple of days letting me know exactly what the status of my order was. The mailbox actually arrived much sooner than I expected and it is an excellent product, as described online.

VERY Low - Not Honest with Stock Inventory
Ordered Mailbox that was listed as "in stock" as we needed it due to damage to our mailbox. After waiting 2 weeks, I had to call the 800 # and only then did they tell me it was on "back order" and would not be available until Mid December..over one month later. I cancelled the order immediately. I was promised a refunded to my credit card account in a few days as of Nov 28. It is not almost a week later and no refund has appeared on my account so I have filed a "dispute" with the credit card company NOT TO PAY this company. I would not deal with them again.
