Worst of all businesses

Worst of all businesses.
It used to be a good service, but I am locked out, with no customer support and possibly no way back in, just like other users are reporting! Shocking to know they have my important data and documents, and I can't retrieve anything or even close my account.

From what I've read, even paying a subscription to get phone support may not help.
I can't really think of a worse outcome for my emails. Avoid!!

Account blocked

I have been unable to access my emails for 3 days now. I have filled out numerous requests which remain ignored. I would like to access my emails in order to transfer across my contact and account to a different provider

Pointoess trying to make contact

I have never had issues with the service over the past years at all.
However, I recently changed phone handsets and since then have been trying to resent my password as I have forgotten it as I've never needed to enter it over the past numerous years.
I have been filling in the online form daily for the past 7 days consecutive and have had zero response

Ridiculous

No complaints from me

I have used mail.com for months now, very easy to set up and use, for a free service it has never given me any problems. The ads are annoying but something that has to be put up with if you want free.

I have tried everything to contact mail.com about twice having a account being blocked. and I never got one reply to why and what I need to do it just says contact us but you cannot I am so disappointed after years being with mail.com. but if something goes wrong you have no chance talking to someone via email you just get computer AI generated reply’s that’s no good for anyone. You don’t get a reply. I will be moving. To another email company. Mail.com are very disappointing

Customers are actively ignored here!

I am trying to delete my account for months. The options in the web interface are broken, the option in the apps do not work, inquiries via web form and emails are not answered after months. Even the data security email does not answer. I can only recommend, NOT to use this email provider ever!

IF YOU NEED TO USE EMAIL - AVOID. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Yes.. You can get email for free. But there are other free email hosts that will save you aggravation of dealing with these clowns. In fact, it's well worth paying for email to avoid these idiots. There is absolutely NO Support. Period. I've lost several email addresses simply because this was convenient at the time. So, my bad. Yes, I may be lazy. So I guess I deserve these morons. Lesson learned.

Company on the Way Down

What use to be a good email service now continues to decline. Latest is "locking out" customers though what appears to be system failure. (I'm not the only one posting this today.) I called Customer Service to see what progress was being made. Yes, I'm a paying customer.
I'd love to report what the response was, but after 35 minutes, I was still on hold. It will be a pain, but I'm leaving Mail.com when my current payment period ends.

Mail.com is NO help!

I have had my email account with mail.com for many, many years. I tried to log in last night and I keep getting an error message that says "too many failed attempts" and those attempts were not made by me, so i think I've been hacked. I tried to reach out online, but if you're not a Premium customer, they don't care about you. I put in 2 separate requests to regain access to my email account as it contains personal and time sensitive information, but I haven't heard back. The online chat is a robot and completely useless. I've been hacked and this is an urgent need and no one is helping me. If I could give zero stars I would. So frustrated right now!

You could lose all your e-mails

I would have previously given a good rating but please do NOT use mail.com. People - including me - have been unable to log in now for days. There's no way of contacting support, the Facebook page auto responds that they can't fix problems and just directs people to an AI chat that can't help, and comments on the Facebook page about the problem are ignored. And they're clearly seeing the comments as they're posting new things, while just blatantly ignoring people's requests for help.

You could lose all your e-mails and e-mail access if you use mail.com so please don't use the website.

I’ve been using mail.com as my primary email for a number of years now. I like the lack of spam, but I changed my password due to a data breach but have now been locked out of my account.
I’ve tried contacting them to no avail. The AI chat just sends you around in circles and contacting them via the form results in absolutely nothing, not even a ticket to say they’ve received anything.
I have now lost some important documents that I am unable to get back.
I am not a premium member so I am not eligible for phone support.

Simply cannot delete the account although I no longer want it. 'Oops, something went wrong' is all I ever get. Contacting them for help gets no response whatsoever. I cannot understand why this provider is so obstructive and unhelpful.
