Absolutely great! Thanks to Mah Card, we spent a month in Iran without worrying about changing money all the time. The card is accepted everywhere! The staff were very professional and always available to solve any problems we had.

Mahcard was the first iranian card service we saw on Google. We were really disappointed.
A lot of things mentioned on the website are wrong (cannot withdraw everywhere but only in a bank which is not in city centers; refund not through PayPal but with Wise; not the rate mentionned online; etc.).
It's not possible to transfer money from an account to another, which is complicated to pay guides for example.
The rate is way less then the market (we could change money on the street for 320,000 IRR for 1 Euro, and Mahcard gave us 310,000 or even 300,000 one time). And a 7% fee above that !
Competitors seem better.

MAH Card and MAH Cell was a great experience for me this year. Even we (me and my wife) have Iranian Bankcards, the MAH CARD offers the opertunity for me to deposit money when I am in Iran. That is a great advantage.
MAH Cell was realy great. For my work I need to be connected to the Internet. This year the router/modem for normal internet in our house was broken and we had to wait till a new one was sent. My backup system (a MIFI) with a datasim of Transatel (they work with Rightell Iran) was verry unstable. Because of this I choose MAHCELL. With MAHCELL I was always connected to the Internet. I will be a returning customer to MAHCard and MAHCELL. The bring to my house and pick-up service was great.

Really excellent professional services by Mah Card. They come to your location to collect your money what you want to change to Iranian currency and within couple of hours, your card gets recharge. We used MahCard on our trip to Iran. We deposited money via bank transfer and received the card In Shiraz in our hotel on our arrival date. The transaction as well as the use of the card all over Iran worked out perfectly. We did not encounter any problems. Reza is extremely helpful and we could contact him at any time - a big thank you for that! We would recommend the card to anyone who is planning to travel to Iran and does not wish to carry lots of cash

İ am very thankful to Mahcard services during my visit in Iran. I found it very effective.
My suggestion is,
1. kindly improve the method of loading the money into this card account from any Iranian bank instead of Ayandeh Bank only.
2. İmprove the method of getting the pin2 through ATM.

I chose this card mainly because I wanted to use the MahCell modem (instead of a sim card with 1 user only and limited data), yet a bank card was obviously very convenient too. [ I had my Iranian friends to transfer rials on the card, the easy way ;)) ]
About the MahCell modem AND the company’s service, I have just this to say: **incredibly friendly, responsive for anything, and very fast and accurate problem solvers!** I have to see the first European company offering this level of service.
Our first modem was delivered to our guesthouse in Kashan, no questions asked. After 2 days this modem stopped charging. Replaced within 24h, again to our door! This second modem developed a charging issue too, and again, within 24h of getting in touch, another modem was delivered, this time in our guesthouse in Isfahan.
The basic issue seemed to be overheating. This time I only charged the device a couple of hours per day, on and off. I also kept it close to airco or the coolest place in the car or anywhere. This last modem worked faultlessly for the rest of my journey, i.e. 5 weeks. Friends could connect to it when needed, no problems at all.
When driving through mountains or certain more remote regions South and East, sometimes there was no internet for one or two hours, but that's the network, not the modem.
When coming back to Iran, I will certainly make use of this company and its very friendly people again. THANK you for all of it ! See you again soon :)))))))

I used mahcard card during my trip to Iran and I have to say it saved me a lot of hassle. I paid for everything with my mahcard, there is no need to carry cash around. It was quick, reliable and safe. Also, the support was always happy to help and checked on me frequently. Definitely recommended.

Issuing the card was simple and easy, and the communications with the Mah Card staff were easy and helpful.

However I did not have the option to add funds at the time when the card was delivered to me, and the alternative was to go a branch of the Ayandeh bank.

Since I was with a large group and with a very tight schedule visiting Iran, I never had the chance to do that, so I ended up by not using the card at all.

This was a life saving service! Delivered my card to the hotel and everything. I have no complaints.

Brilliant service, and no tricks. Super convenient as everybody accepts is also fir mini payments, exchange rate is very good (just below the best rate exchanging cash...but with so much less hassle). Am rarely so positive but they deserve it
