A single magazine turned up in an awful condition battered and ripped and absolutely no way of contacting them. A problem sending a complaint via their online form and a simple picture failed to upload. I have tried three times now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I bought a single magazine 12 May and it has never turned up. I gather this is a fraudulent company. I had no idea. Just read the other reviews. It sounds like I’m not going to get my money back. Stay away.

I ordered a magazine at $28.95 and was billed 38.95. The printed receipt showed the discrepency. It was not a shipping or handling charge. I was credited back but I had to do an incredible amount or research to find a number to call to get this credited. I chose to cancel the order. I would call this almost fraudulent when you see what others have written about this company as well.
I ordered a 1 yr. subscription for Time Magazine from MagsDirect.com at $15, but was charged $38.97! Synapse Group, Inc processes the orders for MagsDirect.com and they tried to make me jump through hoops & hurdles. I called my credit card company and told them I was disputing the charge and would not pay. They backed me up!
I highly recommend you stay away from these fraudulent businesses.
I was charged for my order immediately but never received the magazines and spent a month and a half trying to get a representative to do something. All I ever got was the run around. For me Magsdirect.com = No product + Countless wasted hours chasing customer service + a call to my credit card company for fraudulant charges. DO NOT use MAGSDIRECT!
