I have been using Magpie products for the past 3–4 years and haven’t looked back. The quality is consistently excellent, and the customer service has always been outstanding.

This year, I had the opportunity to attend the Magpie Skill School—and what an experience! As someone who is profoundly deaf, accessibility is incredibly important to me. I was positioned at the front of the class, close to the educator and the TV screen, which the educator used for live video demonstrations. Throughout the day, the team frequently checked in with me to ensure I was following along and didn’t miss anything. I have never felt so supported on a course before; I usually struggle to keep up or miss a lot, but that wasn’t the case here.

The experience was not only informative but also empowering. I met some truly lovely fellow attendees—the ‘Magpie Chicks’—who were full of inspiration and positivity. It’s done wonders for my confidence, and I’m already looking forward to joining another course when the opportunity arises.

Bloody love this company. Great customer service. Always fast delivery unless of course something is out of stock and then it comes asap. If somethings missing which rarely happens they are a quick email away and its also rectified ASAP. These products are amazing, the best iv used and there are always educators close at hand to help on their fb page. 10 out of 10 ab fab

Been using magpie for over 6 years now and they are all I use for my nail business, orders are always speedy even when there’s a discount code or new colours, customer service is excellent when I’ve needed it and their Facebook page is very informative with lots of ideas.

I purchased a chrome dust and a chrome sponge tool (with replacement heads) that came up as a recommended with it. The chrome dust (Moet) was really easy to use and a lovely colour but the sponge heads fell apart as soon as I began rubbing the dust onto the nail. To complete one set of nails, I used all the heads and had to purchased a silicone sponge tool from Amazon (which I would recommend). I contacted customer service for a solution.Through many emails back and forth of constant questioning, I provided photos of all damaged tool heads, the products I used and the order in which I used them. I gave up when I was then questioned on the angle in which I used the sponge and accused of rubbing too hard. Neither of these were true but it was obvious no matter what I said or proved customer service were going to find a way of putting the blame on me rather than accepting there maybe a fault so I gave up. Generally lovely products but prepare for an interrogation and lack of resolution if you are unlucky enough to encounter a problem with your order.

I placed an order Sunday morning and realised I'd forgotten to add something I needed. I emailed through and managed to get it added absolutely no problem at all. It was then shipped within 10 minutes of me paying. I absolutely love Magpie Beauty products! I'm so glad I made the change 5 years ago. Customer service is amazing I cannot fault it at all. Always so friendly and happy to help. The products are amazing, I've never not been happy with the products I've used 😍😍 highly highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my training with Nicolette, she was so accommodating and made the process very easy and accessible for me. I really enjoyed the build it master class and the Efile training. We also did the gel conversion course which has been invaluable, despite me having 14 years of experience under my belt! I would highly recommend Magpie and in particular Nicolette for training as it’s given me confidence back that I had lost. The products are also a dream to use! Thank you 🖤

I recently did my build it conversion 1-1 with June Guilbet. Everything was covered. It was fun and informative. She is lovely and I could have spent hours talking about it all with her she made me feel so comfortable….. And the product is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

June was so helpful and couldn’t have helped me more, she is also so friendly and easy to learn from, putting you at ease, professionally she answered all questions to the full.
