The most disgusting hotel I ever seen

I would give it zero stars. 1st of all their website lies about everything. Their pool looks like a stagnant pond and is not even operational. They claim it's open. They do not have wifi as they claim on the webpage. The first room they gave us was still dirty and you could smell something horrible that almost made me throw up. So I go downstairs and demand something clean. They give me another room that upon entering the light switch was broken. Finally found the light. The sheets had holes in them and upon further inspection the mattress was covered in bed bugs. This is just down right disgusting and not to mention the walk to that room you could smell stagnant urine and something dead coming from several rooms as I walked down the corridor. The top rail was about to fall and so was the walkway. This place was clearly a trap hotel used for drug dealing and prostitution and they had the nerve to tell me that since I didn't tell them I had a dog the full pet fee would be charged. I immediately demanded a refund and was told that they personally just cleaned the rooms. I told them it no longer mattered. Refund my money and they agreed but it would take 1 week to receive it. At this point I would not have cared if I didn't receive it. This place is beyond nasty and how the hell they are allowed to operate is unbelievable. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT attempt to stay here. This place needs to be shut down and condemned. Someone needs to inspect this facility and bring a hazmat team in before someone ends up deathly ill

Just Don't Do It!

Roaches, mold, gossiping staff, drugs, filth, and unclean carpeting. The first time I came there was because of a housing emergency. The first room 131, had mold growing on the lampshades and on the ceiling and we had a child with us. We had to go back and get another room. This room was cleaner but by the end of the night we started spotting roaches. The hallway smelled of cigarettes. A terrible experience all the way around.

Nightmare Stay at Studios and Suites 4 Less – June 2025

If you stay, prepare to be lied to and royally inconvenienced. I made the initial reservation for (Saturday, June 7th), but since I meant to make it for the day before (Friday, June 6th) when I originally planned to arrive, I made another reservation for that Friday. When I arrived, I told this to the manager A.J. that my reservation was for two days and explained why it was actually two reservations. I asked for a room on the ground floor, since I’m elderly and there isn’t an elevator. He explained that they were renovating and I had a choice of a nicer suite with a kitchen and a full refrigerator/freezer on the second floor or a regular room on the ground floor. I told him if he carried my suit case, I would take the nicer room. He agreed. The first night was really nice, but there wasn’t a microwave and the television didn’t work. He came and provided the microwave and fixed the T.V. It was an Amazon Fire T.V. As we talked he explained if I purchased an Amazon Fire Stick I could watch on the apps I had subscriptions to. Since they had been so nice, I extended my two-day reservation for an additional ten days (to check out on the 18th).
Since it was extremely hot the next day, I left the air conditioning on so it would be nice and cool when I got back. I had lots of cool drinks in the refrigerator/freezer as well as food on the counter, including some expensive fast food I had purchased my first night there. Since their ice machine was not working I purchased ice cube trays and an Amazon Fire Stick, planning to return to a nice cool room and binge watch my favorite shows that night and the next day.
Much to my shock, when I got to my room with two heavy bags, I couldn’t get in. I went to the lobby to have them fix my key and was told that someone else had that room. This supposedly was because I had two reservations and didn’t check out and check in again. I was so furious, but also so tired, I went to the replacement room which was extremely hot.
They had packed for me but only included a few unopened food items I had in the refrigerator/freezer, but the rest I was told was thrown out. This was approximately $30-$35 dollars’ worth. There was a mini fridge (no freezer) in the new room so, the ice cream I purchased was now soup.
This room had another brand of television which wouldn’t take the Amazon Fire Stick I had purchased at A.J.s recommendation. It also had a god-awful noise that couldn’t be fixed. I went to the bathroom where the light and fan were already on but this couldn’t be turned off. Trying to sleep that night with this noise as well as being so angry was impossible.
I was told the next day they wanted to make the situation right, so they would send me to another room on the ground floor, which was an “upgrade." Not only would it have an Amazon Fire T.V., but it would also have the kitchen with a full refrigerator/freezer. I agreed and didn’t cancel my 10-day reservation. I got packed and headed to my “upgraded” room.
I opened the door to another hot room and found that it was not an upgrade but I considered it a “downgrade” since it didn’t have carpeting like the previous rooms, nor a hair dryer or iron as the other rooms had. However, a hair dryer and iron were eventually provided. The television was not an Amazon Fire T.V. nor was there a kitchen, nor a full refrigerator/freezer, as promised. In fact, the mini fridge had a small slot to put frozen things in, but the temperature of the mini fridge was so cold that it froze all my food, produce and drinks. I was told there wasn’t a knob to turn down to fix this.
The toilet had a whistling sound that was finally fixed, but the smoke alarm kept beeping and even after “fixing” it, it continued to beep, so I took it out myself and was told that was the only way to keep it from beeping. Thank goodness there was no fire. The phone and air conditioning stopped working twice, but was eventually fixed.
I left about four messages for A.J. to call or contact me to reimburse me for the food and drinks that were thrown out, but he never returned my calls. I advised them several times that I would write an honest but negative review unless they made this situation right, but since they refused, here is my candid review.
