Extremely Disappointing – Slow, Expensive, and Unreliable Shipment
I placed an order on November 29th, 2024, with an advertised international shipping timeframe of 8-10 days. As of today (December 21st) nearly three weeks later, the package is still stuck at the logistics center in Jersey.
On top of the unacceptable delay, the shipping service is extremely overpriced for what it offers. I paid £29.95 for a so-called “express service,” but it turned out to be a basic postal service with ridiculous delivery times. This is a shipment from the UK to Italy, not from Mars! Yet, after more than three weeks, the package hasn’t even left the UK.
This situation is simply unacceptable. I expected a more professional service, especially considering the high cost of shipping. Transparency and reliability are crucial, but they are completely lacking here. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
