The company has a terrible contact service. I had written for a clarification long back and have not received a feedback even after almost 7 working days. Do not recommend.

I absolutely loved the concept but unfortunately the product looked much better quality online. I chose the extra option of adding a wooden frame but sadly when it arrived it had a sheet of perspex instead of a glass in the frame. The company were super helpful though and very responsive with any questions I had.

The poster arrived in excellent condition, as shown on the site. the delivery took place on the scheduled days

Production in Germany resulting in much longer delivery times than stated on the website and costums fees. Quality of image („Milky Way“) poor.
PS: fees have been refunded after support center was contacted.

Similar to the below i have never received an email from you in response to 2 support emails i have sent a fb private message and instagram private message. As per your websites policy, i have been trying to reach you to no avail. I got my order confirmation that states my download would be sent separately within a few minute this never arrived and i needed it for a gift, absolutely shocking as the money has been taken from my bank, please issue refund!

Beautiful canvas, love all the different options, went with the astronomy one which was great and I didn't see anyone else offering it. Got stuck in Germany for over a week? I didn't even know it was coming from Germany? But it got here in good condition so whatever

The star map itself is lovely, however I paid 29 euros for 5-7 day shipping which then took 3 weeks and still wasn’t delivered to my door - I had to collect it and pay an extra 3 euro charge!! The items packaging was also damaged which resulted in a minor chip in the frame which I wouldn’t mind but combined with the rest of the issues I’m not happy. I’ve emailed customer services a few times but had no reply. I’d suggest ordering this kind of product from another company (have used others before and had a better experience).

This was a wonderful and unique gift for the person that I love, everything was perfect!

The object you send us was printed askew. This was very disappointing.

When I bought it, it was supposed to arrive in maximum 5 days. At the end it arrive in 8 days, later for an anniversary surprise. A bit dissapointing. Despite is a transport agency issue, you should assure the arrival dates are indicated during the preparation

I have never received an email from your end for a support. As per your websites policy, it is mentioned to fill out a form which I did but never received a response. I've been trying to reach you for weeks.
You have no legal right to do so. As a result of this matter, I requested full refund please!
