Dont buy - Poor quality - lesson learned, less haste when buying. Its likely a scam - not replying to me now Ive rasied issues with leaks - its a month old and useless

My order was cancelled on May 20th 2025. I received an email on the 20th May stating that my refund of £34.99 would be paid back to my account within 3-5 working days.
It is now 29th June and it has not been received.

Magic hose buyers beware. We ordered this on line. When it came it was faulty- it leaked, didn't fit the tap and the spray connector didn't fit properly either. We asked for a return label and refund. The return e mail from Magic hose asked for photos or a video to identify the fault. We complied with this. We have chased this up every day for the last 10 days and just get a bog standard reply asking for photo/video evidence. When we ring the number given it just cuts out. There is no hint of a return label or refund as per their terms and conditions for faulty goods. Its nothing but a scam and fraud. DO NOT BUY

it seems to be a scam: bought with next day free delivery but arrived after 3 weeks. trying to call back on number but no one is answering. sent email for returns, but getting answers like can you send us photos or videos! TEMU sells this hose for £8.

I bought two hoses in June 2024 within under a year both had split and were leaking. I contacted Magic hose and after many emails back and forth I was told that as the purchase had been more than 30 days ago they could not refund or replace the items. Really poor service and a really poor product. I’d never recommend this product to anyone!

Ha! I ordered the Magic Hose through my Visa Rewards. The first time I used it, it busted. It's really crappy. I can't get my money back because it was a credit from my Visa card so I at least wanted to warn others about it.

I ordered the hose on 17th May and got my order just last week. I ordered a 300 feet combo which means it arrived as 2 sets of 150 feet. The 1st hose has magically split in the middle through the casing and has leaked everywhere. The 2nd hose does not even extend. I emailed customer services on Sunday and got a response asking for pictures. I sent the picture and then they seem to have magically vanished into thin air! I have since then ordered from amazon the flexi hose brand and that seems to work like a dream and does what it says on the packet - extends and is durable!

Advertised 24-hour delivery. Confirmation email said it was a "pre-order", I.e. out of stock. Tried to cancel the order so I could get one elsewhere. Completely ignored my 3 phonecalls/emails. Apologetic email said it on its way. It took a few days. On arrival a grub screw was missing so you can't connect to the tap. No response again. I see the owner has already dissolved one company and now owns 2 more. Not surprised. What a cowbow outfit

Do not buy this product. It doesn't work. I returned it and was offered a 20% refund. Then my subsequent emails to customer service weere ignored.

Would be zero if it were possible. Order not fulfilled after almost 2 months. Never answer phone despite it saying 24/7 customer service. Going to trading standards next.

Returned my hose emailed to get approval which was fine, sent the hose back which was delivered on 19th May it’s now 16th June and 4 weeks later still no refund have sent 3 emails, logged an enquiry on their website and called a number of times but no answer got a reply to one email last week but still NO REFUND 28 days later. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hose shrunk and split very poor quality

This company is shocking , ordered a hose , did not state at the time of purchase that it was out of stock , waited over a month , numerous emails unanswered and a phone number that just rings out .
Eventually got my hose , which was missing parts .In one of the responses I did get from email I was promised a free gift worth £14.99 got nothing..
I’m now left with a hose with missing attachments and no energy or patience to deal with them again .
Please do not buy !
Plenty of similar hoses on the market at the same price, that don’t take your money when they have no idea when they will send it out to you .

I ordered another one ( probably my third in about 5 years. This one unfortunately didn’t last 6 weeks. In fairness Magic Hose sent me a new one immediately. You do need to be careful dragging it over concrete as small holes will appear, but still useable, however this one had completely failed and was no longer useable.

Absolutely horrendous don't bother,the company as a hole is a shit show I must of sent at least 10 emails some saying I hadn't received the hose a month after paying and some stating I wanted to cancel after receiving no reply to previous emails , there communication skills is the worse

Promised to deliver Magic Hose 'next day', but it never arrived. No responses to my many emails and phone calls just ring out. They haven't even acknowledged by order cancellation or confirmed my refund. I am about to take action to recover my money through my credit card company. There is nothing magic about this company so be warned and stay well away.

As every one else has said, so wished I had read the reviews, Cannot begin to tell you DO NOT BUY FROM THiS COMPANY ) trying to return a weed burner ( rubbish ) had one response with no details in over a week, phone rings out so not waste your time or you money

Avoid at all costs. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Been waiting a month for delivery. No communication. Raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Awful customer service. A phone number that just rings out. Item delayed immediately when ordered and no update given when it did not arrive on the revised date. Use AI for any replies that make no sense! I went through my credit card issuer to get the order disputed and canceled! Please Avoid! Try Robert Dyas who have a very similar expandable hose!

Absolutely bogus company , ordered hose 18/5 , had confirmation email to confirm payment and to await delivery email . This never happened of course and dispite several emails ( no reply) and calls (no answer) still no hose !!! Fortunately my credit card company have refunded me . Whatever you do don’t fall for this scam ! First time for me I’ve been done over !!! Should have looked on Trustpilot !!!
