Non-existing customer oriented politics. They use misleading contracts clauses and once you sign forget about being heard again or take the time to attend any new development requests, they don't adapt to change nor make new developments to adjust to the new realities of the market. They preferred to end up with lawyers before attending our anticipated termination due to their outdated rate system.

OK WHERE TO START THESE PEOPLE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT BUT ESPACIALLY IVONNE IS THE WORST OF THEM ALL THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND TERRORIZE YOU THEY HAVE 6 REVIEWS AND ALL OF THEN ARE DATED IN 2020 . I WILL TELL YOU MY EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE DOUBLE ARE COMPANY INSURANCE IN ONE YEAR . THEN THEY OBLIGE YOU TO BE AUDITED OH YA YOU HEARED RIGHT AN AUDIT OTHERWISE YOUR POLICY GETS CANCELLED . HONESTLY I HAVE BEEN INSURED ALL MY LIVE SINCE 1989 WITH SEVERAL BROKERS AND I HAVE NEVER EVER COME ACROSS DISHONEST PEOPLE LIKE THIS TRULLY THE WORST I EVER SEEN I WOULD GIVE THEM 5 STARS FOR A SCAMMING AWARD ESPECIALLY IVONNE . WE SOLD THE COMPANY AND THE NEW OWNERS TOOK OUR POLICY AS A REFERENCE TO GET QUOTES WELL OUR POLICY COSTED US $21,000 AND HE GOT 2 QUOTES ONE OF $11,000 AND THE OTHER FOR $14,000 COPY PASTE SAME POLICY AND NOW AFTER RENEWING IN JULY SELLING THE BUSINESS 5TH OF SEPTEMBER AND HAVE PAID $7750 SO FAR FOR 45 DAYS THE WANT TO START AND OTHER AUDIT OH YA AN AUDIT WELL I AM FILLING MULTIPLE CLAIMS WITH MY LAWYERS TO THE FLORIDA OFFICE OF INSURANCE (OIR) THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES (DFS) AND FLORIDA OMBUDSMAN SERVICES WICH ARE AMAZED AFTER HEARING HOW THIS BROKARAGE FIRM THOSE BUSINESS WITH THERE CUSTOMERS SO LET ME TELL YOU NEVER EVER GET ANY INSURANCE WITH MAGAYA EVER AND IVONNE GAVE YOUR NAME TO ALL THESE AGENCIES TO VERIFY HOW YOU MISS TREATH YOUR CUSTOMERS IN FEAR VERY BAD PEOPLE MAGAYA

Terrible customer service, terrible software caused loss of clients due to PGA not filing correctly. Do not use this software for customs clearance. Worst I've ever seen and been in the business almost 3 decades. Does not flag for potential errors prior to transmission. Had to close company due to lost in clients because of software. They will not allow companies to break contracts and forces to pay for the whole contract even when out of business.

we've been experiencing all kind of issues in Magaya for 6 months. you cant authorize payment because of entry payment type changes, database disappear without any reason, shortage on inventory report??.....you can't rely on this system, now I wanted to switch back to the old system. Magaya customs system is a nightmare.

I tried to use Magaya to help our company set up self filing for US customs. We would pay them a little over $3,000 per year and effectively become our own customs broker. Sounded great, just one problem, we were rejected by US Customs as we did not meet the minimum requirement of importing 150 shipping containers in the past year.

1. Magaya never told us that we did not meet the requirement to self file
2. Even though we were rejected for self filling and could not possibly use their service - Magaya still charged us the $3000.

When I said, hey we'd love to work with you, but we're ineligible to self file (and thus can't legally use your service), they ignored my emails and had a collection agency start calling me and threatening litigation.

Yep - they want to sue. For $3,000. To make us pay for a monthly service that we can't legally use.

That's who this company is.

Complete slime.

I highly recommend not working with Magaya.

We signed up for Magaya with the promise that it could do anything and everything that our warehouse needed, but after signing up, we learned that it's near impossible to get assistance setting it up, and all of their tech support is outsourced to another country, which provides a language barrier. Each time we speak with them, they promise that they will help with a solution, only to then refer us to their online manual for directions. For the contract and cost of this system, $1k+ per month, there should be adequate assistance and follow-up to ensure quality and consistency.

Magaya software is a very important part of your business! Great support service and very user friendly.

If Magaya could fix the times we are kicked out of the system and the lag that we have when we switch between files I would give them 5 stars.
