Miserable customer and return service
Miserable customer and return service. I bought a defective item (train), but can not get any help to return it or fix it. They simply do not respond to my inquiry. I have sent pictures of the defect train. I have now been waiting a month for a response. I bought a very expensive train for my son as a Christmas present, but the train is defective. The result is a boy, who is very upset that his Christmas present is not working.
