I made an order on 17th July and received my order 28th July. And was happy with the quality of the honey. When I messages them also they got back to me I had no problems with this company regards shileen fairley

I placed an order Jan 4,2026. I never received it. I finally received an email thay said my order had been canceled (not sure why) and it said I was being refunded. I never received a refund either and no one from the company has responded.

I got the extra potent "xxx" and I never even done this before. I recieved the product from I guess their warehouse in Georgia and went easy first try. Nothing. Tried more and more as the days went on. Absolute trash. The screwed up thing is I saved their website when I heard about it on JRE some years ago. I emailed them telling them about the faulty product asking for a refund. Not only did they email back with some crap like oh it varies from person to person, they denied me any sort of refund. I even asked for a partial refund. Heard nothing back. So I took to their Instagram to be reasonably critical of their product since there are real people actively asking if they are legit, hoping someone else on the team would perhaps reach out and make it right. They straight up blocked me! Oh and after my first refund inquiry, I noticed they took the specific product I bought off their website. These clowns do not truly stand by their product, nor do they care about their customers. Do not give them business. There is for sure something wrong. My bank is investigating so perhaps I can get some sort of refund rightfully so.
