Zero Customer Service & Communication
I ordered a lamp on the 5th of January that was supposed to be shipped in 1-2 weeks.
In the email confirmation for the order i received there were different bank details mentioned compared to the order information in my account. I wanted to make sure i have sent the money to the right account and contacted the customer service on 13.01. and several times since then. I have not received confirmation that my money has arrived, no feedback if it has arrived to the correct account, no replies to my tickets and no update on my order whatsoever which is now at least a week overdue.
