Excellent quality and service.
No enquiry was to little, they are prompt and polite at answering anything that you're not sure of.
The online ordering system was very easy to use and kept us updated to its progress.
The quality of the coins was exceptional and not a single issue identified. Good quality very shiny and bright. Good detail on the print.
The only slight criticism but it was so minor is that the coins were uniquely numbered and didn't arrive in order. Those who ordered the first coins wanted the earlier numbers and it took some time to put them in order.
Id certainly use them again and have recommended them to several people who have enquired.
Very poor result, badges unusable, no refund or reprint offered. Will never use again.
Excellent quality patches and pins! I've been using Made By Cooper for a few years now — they are a very reliable company with friendly customer support. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make custom merch.
The design process was good and the designer was very communicative and we got the design perfect after a lot of back and forth.
They arrived and I prepared them for the big day and hid them from my now husband to reveal on the day which proved really difficult but I managed it..or so I thought…Everything was fine until
I received a few messages on social media and via WhatsApp asking when they were going to get their badges and saying how cool they were. Imagine my shock when I was sent a screengrab of a Facebook advertising campaign featuring my badges complete with backing card with our names and the date of our wedding which hadn’t happened yet!
I emailed the company straight away to complain and received a feeble excuse and a promise that the images had been removed in response. The surprise was now ruined and I later found out my husband had also seen them before the day. After originally saying the damage is done, I emailed a while later after the wedding chaos had died down and asked for some form of compensation and received no response. The original plan was to get anniversary badges done here but I wouldn’t trust them with the job and to keep the artwork to themselves.
Do not use this company if you want to keep anything a surprise or if you value anonymity.
I won’t be buying again.
5 stars for the designers
0 stars for any other form of service.
Substandard product. The edges of my patches were incredibly messy like they'd been melted with a lighter, bright red mess. No one would stock them or sell them. £300 wasted.
Aside from that, there staff are really rude, and unhelpful.
All coins are scratched, all of them.
I sent them a picture, the required another picture and then they said a week ago that they're investigating. As customer I don't care about the reason how things happen I just want my refund. If only I saw this trustpilot page before I was not ordering here.
I ordered 1000 pin badges from this company because their price was very good compared to the other companies. I had ordered this design from other manufacturers on numerous occasions and the result was perfect and the design represented my brand logo accurately.
When made by cooper's badges arrived they lacked lots of detail and did not represent my logo accurately and I was very disappointed. They also did not look like the proof nor the badges I had made previously. I sent them detailed pictures of the badges from another company and showed the differences but they did not agree. After several emails to and fro (where they took a long time to respond) they disagreed with me and argued that the badges were fine. I again told them I was not happy and felt I had wasted my money and thought they may offer to get the badges made again or even offer a gesture of goodwill but no just totally disagreeing with me the customer. I took the matter up with Paypal who also let me down and I was not privy to what MBC told Paypal. I would anyone considering dealing with this company to consider carefully how poor the after-sales service is. It seems once they have your money they do not care for the customer. I wold never use this company again for anything.

AVOID Terrible. Ordered badges a month ago for school assembly. Paid for and didn’t arrive. Blamed me. Said there was nothing they would do for my school.

After 2 successful orders (100 and 200 pins) I trusted MbC with an order of 900 pins (a re-run of 300 pins and 3 new designs, 200 pins each) and I wish I’d never done that.
Whilst the 300 re-run pins were ok, the new 600 pins were nothing closer to the the previous ones.
The profiles were way thicker, the colours were inaccurate (even if we used the same pantone number as in the previous orders) and not uniform, the metal showed through the colouring. Even the paper used for the backs were thinner and cheaper and so did the plastic in which they were wrapped.
Surprised by this manifest quality drop I contacted MbC to see what happened and to fix the situation.
Oliver Ker (founder of Made by Cooper) replied “I can see the slight colour difference in the yellow. Unfortunately we don’t agree that these are as bad as you mention, we believe the quality is still high (…) We are always looking for way to improve and we use multiple producers for different products to ensure we get the best from each of them. Going forward I can ensure the new designs will be made with your preferred producer thats not a problem and If can accept a 30% refund on the order I can get this actioned ASAP.”
A 30% discount was inadmissible because I wasn’t in the condition to sell them, as they were so evidently cheaply made, and we were talking about 1032€ so I insisted for a full refund/re-run.
They stopped answering my mails.
Luckily, before the arrival of this faulty order, I’d already placed another order of 1300 pins and we were at the visuals-approval-phase so,, when the graphic department contacted me for the delay in the approval of the visuals, I told them I could’t approve anything because I was having an issue with a previous order and I’d probably have to cancel this last one.
All of a sudden Made by Cooper’s Oliver woke up and proposed a re-run if I’d approved the new 1300 pins order as well.
I was glad we’d found a solution so I gave my consent.
2 months later, when the new pins arrived the situation was ridiculous.
The 1300 new pins were ok whilst the 600 I had re-made were even worse than the previous faulty 600.
The re-run was just like the previous faulty order and, in addition, all of the pins lacked final coating.
Oliver answer was even worse than the previous ones too: “Sorry you are not happy but I think you are expecting too much from a low priced item, these are not jewellery items and we find them to be acceptable as an enamel badge. We agreed to make them with your preferred supplier at no extra cost to help. Sorry that you’re still disappointed but we do find these badges to be acceptable and made to the specification we provided.”
I tried to reply back saying that It was true I had high expectations, but were expectations MbC had set with previous runs, not a jeweler and so on but they simply replied: “We find these goods to be correct and to be of acceptable quality. We do not find them faulty. We do not offer refunds for non faulty goods”.
End of communications.
I’m really sorry for this long, boring, review but I hope my experience could help other not trusting this company.
I had lost 1032€ and I really hope others will not.
