I am still waiting for my money back…

I am still waiting for my money back after my order was not been accepted.
You told me i had my money back maximum in 2 days but i am still waiting.

Thanks for your mail.

When an order is canceled, payment will also be made. Legally, we can first withdraw money from a customer's account when the goods are sent to the person

The money is reserved, but they will automatically be released after X number of days, depending on which agreement you have entered into with your bank.

If you want the money released ahead of time, I urge you to contact your bank as it is only those who can do this. We can only confirm that the order has been canceled and that we do not withdraw the money from your account. If your bank wants documentation for this, we will of course send you this.
