We bought a puzzle from them that was missing a piece
We bought a puzzle from them, "I am Longhorn", that we discovered was missing a piece. I wrote to the company about it and they promptly replied, requesting a photo of the completed puzzle and showing which piece was missing, plus some other information, which I immediately sent them. They informed me that they had forwarded my information to their distributor who would take care of the issue. Three weeks later, I hadn't heard back from them, so I wrote back to customer support. It's been over two weeks and still no reply.
