We haven't had a dealer for a while now. After phoning head office they couldn't tell me when we would get one. Needed our licence renewed on our diagnostic machine. 3 weeks in and still waiting for the accounts dept to call for payment. Numerous phone calls. Poor company to deal with. Don't bother with them !!!

Do not buy these tools! As an apprentice I spent a fortune with Mac tools I’m going back to 1996 and now where I work there is no Mac van so I called Mac tools UK for warranty and they asked for receipts which is ridiculous they put it down to people buying from eBay this is not on as you pay a fortune for these tools and if being honest thy are poor quality compared to snap on but most decent supplier offer a lifetime warranty these days Halfords for example and they don’t need receipts to replace the advanced range it’s a joke

Mac tools are very poor quality , the torque wrench is not even a year n a half old , and it's went solid , the 3/8 ratchets are absolutely rubbish as all of them are slipping , I've had several kits in them , and still the same , the price of mac tools , is more expensive than snap on , witch is far better quality . Not impressed with the service you get from mac ... as there is no rep in my area , I emailed them got one reply , but nothing else .... poor poor service ... wouldn't recommend mac tools at all ... snap on or Welch are far better quality , you get them replaced straight away ....

The dealer in reading is absolutely dreadful, seen him once in the last year, im still in need for warranty repairs/replacements, ive spent upwards of 15k on tools to not get a good quality service. Now im using snap on reading which is brilliant, but i still want my repairs/replacements.

The dealer in reading is absolutely shocking, never comes round never replaces broken tools and haven’t seen him in the past year and a half.
