I got my computer quickly. It came in great packaging. It didn't mention what problems the computer might have, with it being labeled "good", I figured there would be cosmetic issues, which there are and they are minor. What I didn't expect was some dead pixels/screen discoloration. I tried to reach out to see if this was how the computer was received initially or if this happened in transit. Regardless, the computer works and that's what I needed it to do.

We purchased a mac book for my Granddaughter's graduation to take to college. I was a used unit and it looks flawless and arrived SUPER fast!
We can't wait for her to open it next week and try it out, but I'm sure she won't have any issues.

I bought a MacBook Pro from macs4u in 2021 that lasted a couple months. I sent it back, paying postage. (Rev: I didn’t pay postage but had to print tag and drive to PO as they wouldn’t do UPS call tag. They replaced it with one that lasted less than a month. Same issue: would stop accepting a charge regardless of cord and adapter. The third one lasted just long enough to get past warranty then the same issue happened. I took it to a local Mac repair place who diagnosed it needed a new battery. If you want a Frankenstein (and not the funny Mel Brooks version) computer, with questionable parts from other dead computers, buy from here. Gave two stars as they tried. (Rev: Why not replace cord first time if that was issue? And 12 mo warranty expires from purchase of first computer; third replacement computer was well within 12 months of receipt but outside original computer purchase.

I purchased a Macbook Air 2 1/2 years ago with a payment plan, wasn't quite sure about the company at first, to my surprise customer service was awsome, I mean you talk to an actual huuman being lol I know right...I'm still bangin out songs on this thing.

I had to upgrade my current laptop to do video editing. I did a lot of research and decided on the MacBook Pro. Since a new one is rather pricey, I decided to go with a refurbished one.
Someone recommended macs4u and I decided to purchase from them because they had great reviews. They gave nothing but great service from start to finish! The laptop arrived quickly, very well packed and they sent several shipping updates as well as follow up emails, calls and text messages.

This is the second apple computer that I have bought from macs4u.com. Each time I have call to speak to someone about specifics and to help in deciding exactly which computer to finally get. Each interaction has been really friendly and very helpful! The MacBook Pro I got a couple of years ago was to replace a much older one and it is still working perfectly. This 2017 iMac that I just bought was bought to replace a much older one and I wanted to double up the ssd to 2 tb. Again with this purchase, I had a couple of choices and the guy I spoke to talked to me about the differences to make my decision easier. I got a wireless keyboard and the iMac. Everything arrived in about a week and the computer was in perfect shape. The keyboard had a sticking key and when I call, they immediately got another one out to me. I am completely satisfied with the computers, the service and would recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade from an older system and not willing or able to pay the price of a new computer.

MacBook Air was in great condition. Will def consider purchasing from them in the future.
